Claims (13)
- 内部に気体溶解キャビティが画定され、水流が出入りする入口及び出口を有し、前記入口が前記出口の上に位置する気体溶解タンクと、
前記気体溶解タンク内に設けられ、水平方向において、少なくとも一部が前記入口と前記出口との間に位置し、隙間及び/または貫通孔が設けられる止め板と、
前記気体溶解タンク外に設けられ且つ前記出口に接続され、又は前記出口に設けられるキャビテーション部材と、を備え、
前記隙間及び/または貫通孔は、水が流れる一方、水しぶきによる引き起こされた気泡が阻止され、
水平方向において、前記入口と前記出口は、前記気体溶解キャビティの両端の直線距離が最も大きい箇所に対応して設けられる、
ことを特徴とするマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記入口は前記気体溶解タンクの上面に設けられ、前記出口は前記気体溶解タンクの底面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。
- 前記入口と前記気体溶解キャビティの少なくとも1つの側壁との距離は50mmより小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記入口と前記気体溶解キャビティの少なくとも1つの側壁との距離は1~20mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記気体溶解キャビティの水平方向における断面は方形である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記気体溶解タンクは2つの気体溶解ハーフケーシングを相互に結合して設けられ、前記入口は一方の前記気体溶解ハーフケーシングに設けられ、前記出口は他方の前記気体溶解ハーフケーシングに設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 2つの前記気体溶解ハーフケーシングは結合箇所で段差面によって接触結合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記気体溶解タンクの外面に補強リブがクリスクロスに設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記気体溶解タンクの上部に前記気体溶解キャビティの頂部と連通する給水管が設けられ、前記気体溶解タンクの下部に前記気体溶解キャビティの底部と連通する排水管が設けられ、前記給水管と前記排水管が水平に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記マイクロバブル発生装置は空気溶解時、排水流速が給水流速より小さくなるように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記キャビテーション部材は、
内部に水通過キャビティが設けられ、前記水通過キャビティが水流を出入りさせるキャビテーション入口、キャビテーション出口を有し、前記キャビテーション入口が前記気体溶解タンクの前記出口に接続されるキャビテーションケーシングと、
前記水通過キャビティ内に可動に設けられるキャビテーションボールであって、前記キャビテーション出口を塞ぐように前記キャビテーション入口から流入する水が前記キャビテーションボールを駆動して、前記キャビテーションボールが前記キャビテーション出口
を塞ぐ時、前記キャビテーションボールと前記水通過キャビティの内壁との間にベンチュリ通路を形成するキャビテーションボールと、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。 - 前記キャビテーション部材は複数の微細孔が設けられたオリフィス板であり、前記微細孔は、前記オリフィス板に設けられており、前記微細孔の半径は0.01mm~10mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置。
- 給水口に請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のマイクロバブル発生装置が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする衣類処理装置。
