Claims (4)
- ベース板(100)と、前記ベース板(100)で突出される支持柱(200)とを備えて、前記支持柱(200)にコイルスプリング(300)が結合され、前記支持柱(200)の外周面にベース板(100)から所定の高さをなす位置に結合溝(260)が形成されて前記結合溝(260)にコイルスプリング(300)の下端が挿入されて結合され、
前記支持柱(200)は下端から所定の高さまで直径が大きく形成されて、段差部(222)が形成される基礎柱(220)と、前記基礎柱(220)の上部に結合される結合リング(240)とを含み、前記段差部(222)の上端と結合リング(240)の下端の間隔によって結合溝(260)が形成される車懸架装置用コイルスプリング支持台。 - 前記結合溝(260)内で設置され、外周の直径が支持柱(200)の直径より大きく形成される少なくとも一つの離脱防止リング(250)をさらに含み、前記離脱防止リング(250)が段差部(222)または結合リング(240)に支持されながら結合溝(260)からコイルスプリング(300)の下端が離脱されないようにする請求項1に記載の車懸架装置用コイルスプリング支持台。
- 前記結合リング(240)と離脱防止リング(250)との間に設置される座金(270)をさらに含み、前記座金(270)の内周にはキー(272)が形成される一方、前記基礎柱(220)の外周には垂直方向にキー溝(202)が形成されて、前記キー(272)がキー溝(202)に挿入されて座金(270)が基礎柱(220)に設置される請求項2に記載の車懸架装置用コイルスプリング支持台。
- 前記コイルスプリング(300)の下端に挿入される遊隔調節リング(320)をさらに含み、前記遊隔調節リング(320)がコイルスプリング(300)の下端に挿入されたまま結合溝(260)に挿入される請求項1に記載の車懸架装置用コイルスプリング支持台。
