(1)リチウム合金のみからなる単一の層からなるもの(すなわち、Li-Me層)
(2)リチウム金属からなる層と、リチウム合金からなる層とを備えるもの(すなわち、Li層/Li-Me層)
(3)リチウム金属からなる層と、リチウム合金からなる層と、リチウム以外の金属からなる層とを備えるもの(すなわち、Li層/Li-Me層/Me層)
上記(2)の態様においては、リチウム合金からなる層(Li-Me層)を電解質層103側の層(電解質層103との界面を形成する層)とすることが望ましく、また、上記(3)の態様においては、リチウム以外の金属からなる層(Me層)を電解質層103側の層(電解質層103との界面を形成する層)とすることが望ましい。リチウム金属を含むリチウム金属層と、リチウム金属とは異なる金属を含む層(中間層)とする場合には、中間層は、リチウム金属層と固体電解質の間の層であり、リチウム金属のうち少なくとも一部と、中間層を形成する金属のうち少なくとも一部とが、合金化することが望ましい。

Claims (9)
- リチウムイオン二次電池に含まれるリチウムの析出を判定する判定装置であって、
前記二次電池の交流インピーダンスを測定する測定器と
前記リチウムの析出の有無を判定するコントローラとを備え
前記測定器は、前記二次電池の交流インピーダンスの特性のうち複数の特定周波数における特性に基づいて、前記二次電池の負極反応抵抗を演算し、
前記コントローラは、前記二次電池の充電中、前記負極反応抵抗が単位時間あたり所定値以上低下した場合に、前記リチウムの析出が有ると判定する判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の判定装置であって、
前記特定周波数は、100Hz以上20kHz以下の範囲内に設定されている判定装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の判定装置であって、
前記二次電池の温度を検出する温度センサを備え、
前記測定器は、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が高いほど、前記特定周波数を高い周波数に設定する判定装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の判定装置であって、
前記測定器は、前記交流インピーダンスの実部と虚部の少なくともいずれか一方のインピーダンスに基づき、前記負極反応抵抗を演算する判定装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の判定装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記二次電池の状態に基づき、前記リチウムの析出が発生する可能性を検知し、
前記リチウムの析出が発生する可能性がある場合に、前記リチウムの析出の有無を判定し、
前記リチウムの析出が発生する可能性がない場合に、前記リチウムの析出の有無を判定しない判定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の判定装置であって、
前記二次電池の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記二次電池のセル電圧及び/又は電流を検出する電圧/電流センサとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記電圧/電流センサの検出値に基づき、前記二次電池の充電状態を演算し、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度、前記二次電池の電流、前記充電状態に基づき、前記リチウムの析出が発生する可能性を検知する判定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の判定装置であって、
前記測定器は、前記二次電池の交流インピーダンスの特性のうち、負極計測用の前記特定周波数よりも低い周波数における特性に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極反応抵抗を演算し、
前記コントローラは、
前記正極反応抵抗が低下していない場合に、前記リチウムの析出の有無を判定する判定装置。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の判定装置であって、
前記コントローラは、前記リチウムの析出が有ると判定した場合には、前記二次電池の充電電流を低くする判定装置。 - リチウムイオン二次電池に含まれるリチウムの析出を判定する方法であって、
前記二次電池の交流インピーダンスを測定し、
前記二次電池の交流インピーダンスの特性のうち、複数の特定周波数における特性に基づいて、前記二次電池の負極反応抵抗を演算し、
前記二次電池の充電中、前記負極反応抵抗が単位時間あたり所定値以上低下した場合に、前記リチウムの析出が有ると判定する判定方法。
