Description
本発明によると、石膏製品、とりわけ石膏ボード、好ましくは石膏紙ボードまたは石膏繊維ボードを形成するための石膏スラリーを製造する方法であって、以下のステップ:
a)石膏および紙部材を含む石膏紙製品、とりわけ石膏紙ボード、および/またはそれらの破断部分(石膏および紙部材の部分を含む)を提供すること;
b)紙製品および/または紙部材の少なくとも部分を含むそれらの破断部分を湿式粉砕(破砕する)して、湿式粉砕された石膏紙部材を形成すること
を含む、前記方法が提案される。
湿式粉砕された石膏紙部材とスタッコとを混合することが好ましい(焼石膏)。
湿式粉砕された紙部材の石膏部分は、好ましくは二水和物である(少なくとも50wt%、好ましくは少なくとも80wt%、よりさらに好ましくは95wt%)。
湿式粉砕された石膏紙部材は、好ましくは水、紙(小片)、とりわけ紙繊維、および石膏(粉末)を含有する紙石膏スラリーである。
本発明のさらなる側面によると、上記の方法によって製造される石膏製品、とりわけ石膏ボードを形成するための石膏スラリーが提案される。
本発明の別の側面によると、上記の方法によって製造される石膏製品、とりわけ石膏ボード、好ましくは石膏ボードまたは石膏繊維ボードが提案される。
石膏および紙部材を含む石膏紙製品、とりわけ石膏紙ボード、および/またはそれらの破断部分を湿式粉砕して、湿式粉砕された石膏紙部材にするための粉砕機;湿式粉砕された石膏紙部材を混合器に供給するための第一供給装置;ならびにさらなる部材、とりわけスタッコを石膏製品を形成するためのスラリーを混合するための混合機に供給するための第二供給装置、
を含む、前記システムが提案される。
形成装置は、(最終的な)石膏製品、とりわけ石膏ボード、好ましくは石膏ボードが完成し、かつ、形成されてもよい形成テーブルおよび/または形成バンドを含んでもよい。

Claims (9)
- 石膏製品を形成するための石膏スラリーを製造する方法であって、以下のステップ:
a)石膏および紙部材を含む石膏紙製品および/またはその破断部分を提供すること;
b)石膏紙製品および/またはその破断部分を湿式粉砕して、石膏紙スラリーを形成すること;ならびに
c)石膏紙スラリーとスタッコとを混合して石膏スラリーとすること
を含み、
ステップb)において、石膏紙スラリーが、2wt%および20wt%の間の固体含量を有し、
ステップc)において、石膏紙スラリーの固体含量が、スタッコに対して、0.5wt%および5wt%の間である、前記方法。 - ステップb)が、水、紙小片および石膏を含有する石膏紙スラリーを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 石膏紙スラリーが、容器へ供給されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 破断部分が、石膏紙製品を刻むことによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 石膏紙スラリーが、焼成されないことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の石膏スラリーを製造する方法を含み、ならびに、石膏スラリーから水を除去すること、および、石膏製品を形成することを含む、石膏製品を製作する方法。
- 石膏紙スラリーが、焼成されないことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の石膏製品を形成するための石膏スラリーを製造する方法に用いるためのシステムであって、以下:
- 石膏および紙部材を含む石膏紙製品および/またはその破断部分を湿式粉砕して、石膏紙スラリーにするための粉砕機(12);
- 石膏紙スラリーとスタッコを混合する混合器(14);
- 石膏紙スラリーを混合機(14)に供給するための第一供給装置;ならびに
- スタッコを混合機(14)に供給するための第二供給装置、
を含む、前記システム。 - 石膏製品を製作するためのシステムであって、請求項8に記載のシステムと、石膏製品を形成するための形成装置(17)とを含む、前記システム。
