Description
しかしながら、このような軽量紙を使用すると、上記の特にしわの不良はますます発生しやすい傾向となり、したがって品質の良い石膏ボードを安定的に製造することを目的とする実際のプロセスには適用が極めて困難であるという問題があった。
まず、紙むけの評価方法と評価基準について説明する。
Claims (3)
- 上下石膏ボード用原紙の間に石膏スラリーを連続的に流し込みながら、成型手段を通過させて、搬送成型ベルト上で板状積層体を形成する石膏ボードの製造方法において、
前記石膏ボード用原紙と前記成型ベルトとが接触する面の一方又は両方に滑剤を0.1〜1.0g/m2の範囲の塗布量で塗布若しくは噴霧し、
前記滑剤が粉末またはフレーク状を含む固体若しくは液体の金属石けん、ワックス又は無機の粉体であり、
前記塗布若しくは噴霧方法が固体滑剤の直接接触、固体粉末塗布若しくは散布又は液体塗布若しくは噴霧であることを特徴とする石膏ボードの製造方法。 - 前記滑剤がステアリン酸カルシウム、オレイン酸カリ石けん、パラフィンワックス又はタルクである請求項1記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 前記石膏ボード用原紙の坪量が80〜200g/m2である請求項1記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
