Claims (12)
- 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続されて積層された複数の二次電池セルを断熱するための断熱シートであって、
絶縁性を有するゴム組成物で構成され、
圧縮弾性率が4000~10000kPaであり、
前記複数の二次電池セルのいずれかで、該二次電池セルの外装缶の内圧が高くなったことを検出して開弁される防爆弁と、前記防爆弁から排出される高温高圧ガスを外部に案内するためのガスダクトとの間に介在される緩衝シートとして用いられる電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、水に10分間浸漬させたときの重量変化が120重量%以下である電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、熱伝導率が0.03~0.30W/mKである電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、吸水性が120%以下である電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、耐熱温度が400℃以上である電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、膜厚が0.1mm~1.9mmである電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、繊維基材と、充填材と、結合材を含む電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項7に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、前記繊維基材として天然パルプと無機繊維、前記充填材として珪酸塩鉱物、前記結合材としてゴム組成物を含む電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記断熱シートは、圧縮復元率が1.0~5.0%である電源装置用断熱シート。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置用断熱シートであって、
前記複数の二次電池セルの、隣接する二次電池セル同士の間に介在される電源装置用断熱シート。 - 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続されて積層された複数の二次電池セルと、
隣接する二次電池セル同士の間に介在される絶縁性の断熱シートと、
を備える電源装置であって、
前記断熱シートは、ゴム組成物であって、
耐熱温度が400℃以上であり、
前記複数の二次電池セルのいずれかで、該二次電池セルの外装缶の内圧が高くなったことを検出して開弁される防爆弁と、前記防爆弁から排出される高温高圧ガスを外部に案内するためのガスダクトとの間に介在される緩衝シートとして用いられる電源装置。 - 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続されて積層された複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルがそれぞれ備える、該二次電池セルの外装缶の内圧が高くなったことを検出して開弁される防爆弁と接続され、前記防爆弁から排出される高圧ガスを外部に案内するためのガスダクトと、
前記ガスダクトと、各二次電池セルの防爆弁との間に介在され、これらを気密に接続する断熱シートと、
を備え、
前記断熱シートは、ゴム組成物であって、
耐熱温度が400℃以上であり、
前記複数の二次電池セルのいずれかで、該二次電池セルの外装缶の内圧が高くなったことを検出して開弁される防爆弁と、前記防爆弁から排出される高温高圧ガスを外部に案内するためのガスダクトとの間に介在される緩衝シートとして用いられる電源装置。
