Claims (7)
- 蓄電池とセパレータとが交互に積層されるとともに、前記蓄電池の温度を測定する測温部品を搭載可能な測温部品保持部を複数個備える蓄電モジュールであって、
前記蓄電池は、正極端子及び負極端子が設けられる端子面を有し、
複数個の前記測温部品保持部は、前記正極端子と前記負極端子との間に位置して前記端子面側に設けられるとともに、少なくとも一部に前記測温部品が搭載され、
前記測温部品の挿入方向を、前記正極端子から前記負極端子に向かう方向、又は前記負極端子から前記正極端子に向かう方向に設定する測温部品ガイド機構を備え、
前記測温部品ガイド機構は、前記測温部品の一部である平板部に形成される開口部と、
前記セパレータ側に設けられ、前記蓄電池の積層方向に突出する突起部と、
を備え、
前記測温部品が前記測温部品保持部に搭載された状態で、前記突起部が前記開口部に係合して該測温部品を固定することを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 蓄電池とセパレータとが交互に積層されるとともに、前記蓄電池の温度を測定する測温部品を搭載可能な測温部品保持部を複数個備える蓄電モジュールであって、
前記蓄電池は、正極端子及び負極端子が設けられる端子面を有し、
複数個の前記測温部品保持部は、前記正極端子と前記負極端子との間に位置して前記端子面側に設けられるとともに、少なくとも一部に前記測温部品が搭載され、
前記測温部品の挿入方向を、前記正極端子から前記負極端子に向かう方向、又は前記負極端子から前記正極端子に向かう方向に設定する測温部品ガイド機構を備え、
前記測温部品ガイド機構は、前記測温部品の一部である平板状の係止部と、
前記セパレータ側に設けられ、前記蓄電池の前記端子面側に突出するロック突起部と、
を備え、
前記測温部品が前記測温部品保持部に搭載された状態で、前記ロック突起部が前記係止部に係合して該測温部品を固定することを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、前記セパレータと前記蓄電池との間には、前記蓄電池の前記端子面と該端子面とは反対の面との間に冷却風を流通させる冷却風通路が形成されることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、前記測温部品に設けられるハーネスは、前記蓄電池の積層方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
- 請求項4記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、前記ハーネスを保持するとともに、複数個の前記測温部品保持部のうち、前記測温部品が搭載されていないものを覆って配置されるハーネスホルダを備えることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
- 請求項5記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、前記ハーネスホルダは、複数の前記蓄電池の前記端子面を覆って配置される端子カバーであることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
- 請求項5又は6記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、前記ハーネスホルダは、前記ハーネスを収容するハーネス保持部を備え、
前記ハーネス保持部には、前記ハーネスの直径よりも小さな隙間を有し、外力の付与により撓曲して前記隙間を該ハーネスの直径以上に拡大させる可撓性レバー部が設けられることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
