Claims (13)
- 垂直方向に整列した積層グラフェンをベースとする熱伝導性フィルムを製造する方法であって、
第1のグラフェンフィルム(200)を用意すること(100);
第2のグラフェンフィルム(202)を用意すること(102);
第1および第2のグラフェンフィルムの表面(206、208)の上に、第1のグラフェンフィルムを第2のグラフェンフィルムに固定することにより第1および第2のグラフェンフィルム間の粘着強度を改善するよう構成されている、Al 2 O 3 、SiO 2 、Fe 2 O 3 、NiO 2 、Cr 2 O 3 、ZnO、Ag、Al、Cu、Ni、Cr、Ti、Mo、Fe、MgおよびLiのうちの1つから形成される針状ナノ粒子であるナノ粒子(204)の層を配列すること(104);
第1のグラフェンフィルム上に粘着剤(210)を配列すること(106);
粘着剤およびナノ粒子の層によって、第1のグラフェンフィルムに第2のグラフェンフィルムを貼り付けること(108);
ナノ粒子の層を配列する工程(104)、粘着剤を配列する工程(106)、およびグラフェンフィルムを貼り付ける工程(108)を繰り返すことによって、所定数のグラフェンフィルム層を含む層状フィルム(212)を形成すること(110);

- 層状フィルムを積層することが、10~300分間の範囲の期間、80℃~200℃の範囲の温度までフィルムを加熱することを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 層状フィルムを積層することが、0.1~3MPaの範囲の圧力をかけることを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粘着剤及び/又はナノ粒子が、グラフェンフィルムに印刷されるか、計量分配されるか、または噴霧される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- グラフェンフィルムが、隣接グラフェン層間に乱層整列を有する複数のグラフェン層を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フィルムの底部表面から上部表面に到達するグラフェンフィルムの複数の層を含む、積層グラフェンをベースとする熱伝導性フィルムであって、グラフェンフィルムの各層が、ナノ粒子の層を含み、ナノ粒子が、第1のグラフェンフィルムを第2のグラフェンフィルムに固定することにより第1のグラフェンフィルムと第2のグラフェンフィルムとの間の粘着強度を改善するよう構成されており、ナノ粒子は、Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、NiO2、Cr2O3、ZnO、Ag、Al、Cu、Ni、Cr、Ti、Mo、Fe、MgおよびLiのうちの1つから形成される針状ナノ粒子を含み、グラフェンフィルムの各層が、粘着剤層によってグラフェンフィルムの隣接層から隔離されており、グラフェンフィルムの各層が熱伝導性フィルムの表面平面に対して傾斜している、熱伝導性フィルム。
- グラフェンフィルムの傾斜層が、熱伝導性フィルムの表面に対して、5°~85°の範囲の角度を有する、請求項8に記載の熱伝導性フィルム。
- グラファイトフィルムが、隣接グラフェン層間に乱層整列を有する複数のグラフェン層を含む、請求項8または9に記載の熱伝導性フィルム。
- 熱伝導性フィルム中の粘着剤の比率が、10重量%~90重量%の範囲である、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性フィルム。
- 粘着剤が、ポリウレタン、シリコーンゴム、ポリイミド、エポキシ樹脂およびポリアクリル樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性フィルム。
- 請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性フィルムの複数の層を含むサーマルインターフェースマテリアル(400)であって、サーマルインターフェースマテリアルの表面平面に対する熱伝導性フィルムのグラフェンフィルム層の傾斜角度が、サーマルインターフェースマテリアルの底部側から見て、熱伝導性フィルムの層毎に減少している、サーマルインターフェースマテリアル。
