Description
AlNiCo磁性体コアを製造するために、設計組成によって原料粉末を坩堝に入れた後、加熱して溶湯を形成した。設計組成は、Al6wt%、Ni15wt%、Co22wt%、Ti4wt%、Cu3wt%、Fe50wt%であり、不活性雰囲気の坩堝内で1600℃に加熱した。原料粉末は、純度99.9%以上の粉末を使用した。溶湯を真空噴霧コンファインメントに注入し、25%の尿素水溶液を冷却媒体として600barで噴霧して微粒子を形成した。
エタノールに磁性体コア10g、蒸留水10mlを投入した後、超音波を照射して分散させた。ここに、ジルコニウム-tert―ブトキシド(Zirconium-tert-butoxide)10mlとエタノール170mlとを混合した溶液をゆっくりと投入した。85℃の温度で3時間、300rpmの回転速度で攪拌した後、ZrO2コーティング層が形成された粒子を磁石で分離し、エタノールで2回洗浄した後、乾燥させた。
蒸留水1200mlに硝酸銀(AgNO3)21gと水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)4gを投入した後、錯化剤を34ml投入し、褐色の沈殿が透明な銀アミン錯体溶液に変わるまで攪拌した。錯化剤としては、アンモニア(NH3)又はエチレンジアミン(Ethylene diamine)を使用した。アンモニアは、水酸化アンモニウム(NH4OH)の形で投入した。
製造された磁性粒子を10wt%含むセキュリティインクを製造した。磁性粒子以外には、ワニス32wt%、充填剤5wt%、体質顔料34wt%、混合ワックス8wt%、脂肪族炭化水素2wt%、溶剤(ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル)2wt%、界面活性剤2wt%を含ませた。
実施例と比較例の磁性粒子サンプルの表面粗さ、反射率、粒度、吸油度を分析したとともに、磁性粒子を含んで製造したセキュリティインクの粘度を比較分析した。表面粗さ(Ra)は共焦点レーザー走査顕微鏡(CLSM)で分析し、反射率は900nmの光を基準に測定した。粒度は、粒度分析器(Beckman、Coulter Multisizer3)を用いて測定し、吸油量(Oil absorption value)測定は、韓国産業規格KS M ISO 787規格の一部として定義された顔料や体質顔料の吸油量を測定する試験方法に基づいて行った。

本開示に係る実施形態は以下のものも含む。

磁性体コアと、前記磁性体コアの外部に形成される金属コーティング層とを含む磁性粒子であって、
表面粗さ(Ra)が0.15μm以下であることを特徴とする、磁性粒子。

前記磁性体コアと前記金属コーティング層との間には金属酸化物の中間層が形成されることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の磁性粒子。
<3>
900nmの光に対する反射率が60%以上であることを特徴とする、<2>に記載の磁性粒子。
<4>
粒度(D 90 )が15μm以下であることを特徴とする、<2>に記載の磁性粒子。
<5>
吸油度が20以下であることを特徴とする、<2>に記載の磁性粒子。
<6>
前記磁性体コアはAlNiCo粒子であり、前記中間層はZrO 2 層であり、前記金属コーティング層は銀コーティング層であることを特徴とする、<2>に記載の磁性粒子。
<7>
前記金属コーティング層は、エチレンジアミンを錯化剤とする無電解メッキで形成される銀コーティング層であることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の磁性粒子。
<8>
磁性体コアと、前記磁性体コアの外部に形成される金属コーティング層とを含む磁性粒子であって、
前記金属コーティング層の表面の異常突出部形成面積が磁性粒子全体の面積に対して2%以下であることを特徴とする、磁性粒子。
<9>
<1>乃至<8>のいずれか一つに記載の磁性粒子を含むセキュリティインク。
<10>
粘度が12Pa・sec以下であることを特徴とする、<9>に記載のセキュリティインク。
Claims (6)
- 磁性体コアと、前記磁性体コアの外部に形成される金属コーティング層とを含む磁性粒子であって、
表面粗さ(Ra)が0.15μm以下であり、
前記金属コーティング層の表面の異常突出部形成面積が磁性粒子全体の面積に対して2%以下であり、
前記磁性体コアと前記金属コーティング層との間には金属酸化物の中間層が形成され、
前記磁性体コアはAlNiCo粒子であり、前記中間層はZrO 2 層であり、前記金属コーティング層はエチレンジアミンを錯化剤とする無電解メッキで形成される銀コーティング層であることを特徴とする、磁性粒子。 - 900nmの光に対する反射率が60%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁性粒子。
- 磁性粒子の粒度(D90)が15μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁性粒子。
- 吸油度が20g/100g以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁性粒子。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁性粒子を含むセキュリティインク。
- 粘度が12Pa・sec以下であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のセキュリティインク。
