式1中、UNF(Al)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Al組成をAl組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式2中、UNF(Ni)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Ni組成をNi組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式3中、UNF(Co)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Co組成をCo組成の標準偏差で除した値である。
式7:3μm≦D50≦12μm
式8:10μm≦D90≦20μm
式7中、D50は、コア粒子の粒径累積分布で50%に相当する粒子径であり、式8中、D90は、コア粒子の粒径累積分布で90%に相当する粒子径である。
式9:50nm≦tm≦100nm
式10:σt≦30nm
式9中、tmは、金属シェルの平均厚さであり、式10中、σtは、金属シェル厚さの標準偏差である。

式1中、UNF(Al)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Al組成をAl組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式2中、UNF(Ni)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Ni組成をNi組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式3中、UNF(Co)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Co組成をCo組成の標準偏差で除した値である。

式10:σt≦30nm
6重量%のAl、15重量%のNi、22重量%のCo、4重量%のTi、3重量%のCuおよび50重量%のFeの設計組成によって原料粉末(アルミニウム粉末、ニッケル粉末、コバルト粉末、チタン粉末、銅粉末および鉄粉末、原料粉末の純度≧99.9%)を混合し、不活性雰囲気で溶解した後、凝固してインゴットを製造した。製造されたインゴット1kgを高周波発生器によって加熱し不活性雰囲気下で放置されたるつぼに入れた後、温度を1650℃に維持し、AlNiCo系溶湯を形成した。微粒子化のために、溶湯は、真空噴霧コンファインメント(vacuum atomization confinement)に注入され、25重量%で尿素が溶解された尿素水溶液である冷却媒体は、環状の噴射ノズルを介して600barで噴霧された。
実施例1と同様に行うが、噴霧の際、水を冷却媒体として使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にコア粒子を製造し、以降、銀シェルの製造の際、常温溶液を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に磁性粒子を製造した。
実施例1で製造されたAlNiCo系磁性粒子を用いて有価証書用のセキュリティインク(以下、硬磁性インク)を製造した。詳細には、第1ワニス(jevisco社製、KR‐KU)18重量%、第2ワニス(jevisco社製、KR‐KA)14重量%、製造されたAlNiCo系磁性粒子10重量%、体質顔料(東昊カルシウム社製、TL‐2000)41重量%、混合ワックス(Micro Powders社製、Polyfluo 540XF)6重量%、脂肪族炭化水素(SK chemicals社製、YK‐D130)2重量%、溶剤(ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル)2重量%、界面活性剤(韓農化成社製、Koremul‐263Na)5重量%および乾燥剤2重量%で混合した後、これを練肉機に投入し、練肉機で4~5回練肉を実施してセキュリティインクを製造した。
Claims (8)
- Al、NiおよびCoを含有するコア粒子と、前記コア粒子を包む無機シェルとを含む硬磁性粒子であって、
前記コア粒子は、コア粒子の粒径累積分布で50%に相当する粒子径であるD50が3μm~12μm以下である超微細粒子であり、
前記コア粒子は、下記式1、式2および式3の組成均一性を有し、
前記無機シェルは、銀シェルを含み、前記銀シェルは、下記式9および式10を満たし、900nm波長を基準として60%以上の赤外線反射率を有する、AlNiCo系磁性粒子。

式2:10≦UNF(Ni)≦200
式3:10≦UNF(Co)≦200
(式1中、UNF(Al)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Al組成をAl組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式2中、UNF(Ni)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Ni組成をNi組成の標準偏差で除した値であり、式3中、UNF(Co)は、重量%組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均Co組成をCo組成の標準偏差で除した値である。)
式9:50nm≦tm≦100nm
式10:σt≦30nm
(式9中、tmは、銀シェルの平均厚さであり、式10中、σtは、銀シェル厚さの標準偏差である。) - 前記コア粒子は、さらに、下記式8を満たす、請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子。
式8:10μm≦D90≦20μm
(式8中、D90は、コア粒子の粒径累積分布で90%に相当する粒子径である。) - 前記無機シェルは、前記銀シェルの下部に位置する誘電体シェルをさらに含み、
前記誘電体シェルの誘電体は、酸化チタン、酸化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、炭酸カルシウム、フッ化マグネシウムおよび硫化亜鉛から選択される一つまたは二つ以上である、請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子。 - 前記磁性粒子の飽和磁化(Ms)は50~150emu/gであり、残留磁化(Mr)は10~40emu/gである、請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子。
- 前記磁性粒子の保磁力は、100~500Oeである、請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子。
- 前記コア粒子に含まれるCu、Ti、FeおよびSiから選択される1種以上の元素を第四元素とし、
前記コア粒子は、重量%である組成を基準とし、コア粒子間の平均第四元素の組成を第四元素の組成の標準偏差で除した値が15以上である、請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子。 - 請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子を含む、セキュリティインク。
- 請求項1に記載のAlNiCo系磁性粒子を含む、有価証書。
