Claims (8)
- 圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張機構と、蒸発器とを有する冷媒循環システムを備え、前記冷媒循環システム内に冷媒と冷凍機油とが充填されている冷凍機であって、
前記冷凍機油が、
前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率1~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有する第1の基油と、
前記第1の基油より低い40℃動粘度を有し、かつ前記冷媒に対して前記第1の基油より相溶領域が狭い第2の基油と、
を含有し、
基油全量を基準として、前記第1の基油の含有量が30質量%以上97質量%以下であり、前記第2の基油の含有量が3質量%以上70質量%以下であり、
前記冷凍機油が、前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率10~40質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有さず、温度30℃以下、油比率1~5質量%又は50~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有し、
前記冷凍機油の-20℃における動粘度が、前記第1の基油の-20℃における動粘度より小さい、冷凍機(ただし、前記第1の基油がポリオールエステルであり、かつ前記第2の基油がコンプレックスエステルである場合を除く。)。 - 前記第1の基油が、前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率1~5質量%又は50~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記第2の基油が、前記冷媒に対して、30℃以下、油比率10~40質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有さない、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記冷媒がジフルオロメタンを含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記第2の基油が、10~60mm2/sの40℃動粘度、及び、120以上の粘度指数を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機。
- 冷媒と共に用いられる冷凍機油であって、
前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率1~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有する第1の基油と、
前記第1の基油より低い40℃動粘度を有し、かつ前記冷媒に対して前記第1の基油より相溶領域が狭い第2の基油と、
を含有し、
基油全量を基準として、前記第1の基油の含有量が30質量%以上97質量%以下であり、前記第2の基油の含有量が3質量%以上70質量%以下であり、
前記冷凍機油が、前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率10~40質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有さず、温度30℃以下、油比率1~5質量%又は50~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有し、
前記冷凍機油の-20℃における動粘度が、前記第1の基油の-20℃における動粘度より小さい、冷凍機油(ただし、前記第1の基油がポリオールエステルであり、かつ前記第2の基油がコンプレックスエステルである場合を除く。)。 - 冷凍機油と、冷媒とを含有する冷凍機用作動流体組成物であって、
前記冷凍機油が、
前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率1~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有する第1の基油と、
前記第1の基油より低い40℃動粘度を有し、かつ前記冷媒に対して前記第1の基油よりも相溶領域が狭い第2の基油と、
を含有し、
基油全量を基準として、前記第1の基油の含有量が30質量%以上97質量%以下であり、前記第2の基油の含有量が3質量%以上70質量%以下であり、
前記冷凍機油が、前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率10~40質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有さず、温度30℃以下、油比率1~5質量%又は50~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有し、
前記冷凍機油の-20℃における動粘度が、前記第1の基油の-20℃における動粘度より小さい、冷凍機用作動流体組成物(ただし、前記第1の基油がポリオールエステルであり、かつ前記第2の基油がコンプレックスエステルである場合を除く。)。 - 冷媒と共に用いられる冷凍機油の製造方法であって、
前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率1~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有する第1の基油と、前記第1の基油より低い40℃動粘度を有し、かつ前記冷媒に対して前記第1の基油より相溶領域が狭い第2の基油とを選択し、前記第1の基油及び前記第2の基油を混合する工程を備える、冷凍機油の製造方法であって、
基油全量を基準として、前記第1の基油の含有量が30質量%以上97質量%以下であり、前記第2の基油の含有量が3質量%以上70質量%以下であり、
前記冷凍機油が、前記冷媒に対して、温度30℃以下、油比率10~40質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有さず、温度30℃以下、油比率1~5質量%又は50~80質量%の範囲において相溶領域を有し、
前記冷凍機油の-20℃における動粘度が、前記第1の基油の-20℃における動粘度より小さい、冷凍機油の製造方法(ただし、前記第1の基油がポリオールエステルであり、かつ前記第2の基油がコンプレックスエステルである場合を除く。)。
