Description
[第1の構成例]
図1は、本願の実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートの第1の構成を示す断面図である。
電磁波吸収層1は、粒子状の電磁波吸収材料である磁性酸化鉄粉1aとゴム製のバインダー1bとを含む電磁波吸収層1を備えている。
ここで、本実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートの電磁波吸収層1の製造方法について説明する。本実施形態の電磁波吸収シートでは、少なくとも磁性酸化鉄粉とゴム製バインダーとを含んだ磁性コンパウンドを作製して、これを所定の厚さで成型し、架橋させることによって電磁波吸収層1を形成する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートは、電磁波吸収層1の背面側に非磁性の誘電体層としての粘着層2が形成されている。
反射層3は、粘着層2の背面側に密着して形成された金属層であればよい。ただし、本実施形態の電磁波吸収シートは、電磁波吸収層1と粘着層2とがともに可撓性を有し、電磁波吸収シート全体として可撓性を有するものであるため、反射層3としては、金属箔、金属蒸着フィルム、メッシュ状の導電体や、銀ナノワイヤー(Ag-NW)、導電性高分子膜などを用いて、電磁波吸収層1と粘着層2とが湾曲した場合にその形状変化に追従して変形し、表面抵抗値が上昇せずに1Ω/□程度の抵抗値を維持できる層として形成される。
ここで、本実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートにおいて、電磁波吸収層の背面側に設けられた誘電体層の作用効果について説明する。
次に、本実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートの第2の構成について説明する。
なお、上記実施形態にかかる電磁波吸収シートでは、反射型の第1の構成、および、透過型の第2の構成ともに、電磁波吸収層に含まれる電磁波吸収材料としてイプシロン酸化鉄を用いたものと、ストロンチウムフェライトを用いたものとの2種類について例示して説明した。上述のように、イプシロン酸化鉄を用いることで、ミリ波帯域である30ギガヘルツから300ギガヘルツの電磁波を吸収する電磁波吸収シートを形成することができる。また、Feサイトを置換する金属材料として、ロジウムなどを用いることによって、電磁波として規定される最高周波数である1テラヘルツの電磁波を吸収する電磁波吸収シートを実現することができる。

Claims (8)
- 粒子状の電磁波吸収材料とゴム製バインダーとを含む電磁波吸収層と、
前記電磁波吸収層の背面に配置された誘電体層とを備え、
前記電磁波吸収材料がミリ波帯域以上の周波数帯域で磁気共鳴する磁性酸化鉄であり、
前記誘電体層は非磁性で導電性粉末を含まず、かつ、可撓性を有し、前記誘電体層の複素比誘電率の実部が2以上6以下であり、さらに、前記誘電体層の厚みが10μm以上100μm以下であることを特徴とする、電磁波吸収シート。 - 前記誘電体層が高誘電セラミック粉末を含む、請求項1に記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記誘電体層のさらに背面に前記電磁波吸収層と前記誘電体層とを透過した電磁波を反射する反射層が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記電磁波吸収材料がイプシロン酸化鉄、または、ストロンチウムフェライトである、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記電磁波吸収材料がイプシロン酸化鉄であり、前記イプシロン酸化鉄のFeサイトの一部が3価の金属原子で置換されている、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記誘電体層が二層以上の積層体として形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記誘電体層が粘着性を備えている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 前記電磁波吸収層は、前記電磁波吸収材料100部に対して前記ゴム製バインダーを2~50部含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の電磁波吸収シート。
