Description
電波吸収材からなる平板状の電波吸収体であって、
前記電波吸収材は、組成式が CoxMe2-xBaFe16O27 で示されるW型六方晶フェライトの粉体と、マトリックスとを含有し、
前記MeはZnであり、前記xは 0.6≦x≦1.1 であり、前記マトリックスの中に中空状の粉体が含まれ、少なくとも電波吸収の対象となる周波数範囲において前記電波吸収材の比誘電率が5.5以下であり、6〜15GHzの周波数範囲における垂直入射に対して10dB以上の電波吸収特性を有し、かつ8〜12.5GHzの周波数範囲における垂直入射に対して20dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする。

- 電波吸収材からなる平板状の電波吸収体であって、
前記電波吸収材は、組成式が CoxMe2-xBaFe16O27 で示されるW型六方晶フェライトの粉体と、マトリックスとを含有し、
前記MeはZnであり、前記xは 0.6≦x≦1.1 であり、前記マトリックスの中に中空状の粉体が含まれ、少なくとも電波吸収の対象となる周波数範囲において前記電波吸収材の比誘電率が5.5以下であり、6〜15GHzの周波数範囲における垂直入射に対して10dB以上の電波吸収特性を有し、かつ8〜12.5GHzの周波数範囲における垂直入射に対して20dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする電波吸収体。 - 請求項1に記載の電波吸収体において、さらに、7〜14GHzの周波数範囲における垂直入射に対して15dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする電波吸収体。
