Description

-焼かん合(熱によって外側チューブ(チューブ状構成要素16)を膨張させ、かつ内部バンドマーカー6を、冷却することにより収縮させて、バンドマーカーを適所に摺動させ、かつ内部バンドマーカーが暖まる間に外側チューブを冷却させる)、
-適合性材料による外部/内部磁石、および
-チューブの内径および内部構成要素の外径にねじ山をつけ(チューブの軸に平行に)、その後嵌め込むことによる。
Claims (12)
- 心臓の中隔の組織に穿孔を形成するための医療機器であって、
チューブ状であり、導電性金属で構成される細長い部材であって、前記細長い部材は、
近位端部と遠位端部を有し、前記遠位端部が閉鎖されていることにより何の開口も無い閉鎖遠位表面を提供し、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部の間に延在するルーメンを規定する、細長い部材と、
前記細長い部材の前記遠位端部に関連付けられた造影用マーカーと、
前記閉鎖遠位表面より近位に配置された少なくとも1つのラテラルアパーチャと、
を有し、
前記造影用マーカーは、前記細長い部材の前記遠位端部の遠位にあり、電気エネルギーを送達することにより前記組織を穿孔するための電極を規定する、医療機器。 - 前記造影用マーカーの全体が前記電極を規定する、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのラテラルアパーチャが、前記遠位端部に関して前記ルーメンと流体連通している開口部を規定する、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記開口部が、長手方向に伸びている、請求項3に記載の医療機器。
- 前記細長い部材が電気的な絶縁層によって被覆されている、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記造影用マーカーの全体が電気的に露出している、請求項5に記載の医療機器。
- 前記造影用マーカーに対して近位かつ隣接する前記細長い部材の遠位部分が一定の外径を有する、請求項4に記載の医療機器。
- 前記造影用マーカーがX線不透過性である、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記造影用マーカーが、白金、イリジウム、金、パラジウム、タングステン、および、それらの合金からなる群から選択されるX線不透過性金属を含む、請求項8に記載の医療機器。
- 前記造影用マーカーが、白金およびイリジウムを含む、請求項9に記載の医療機器。
- 前記電極がドーム形または半球形の部分を有する、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記開口部に重なり合う絶縁層を更に有する、請求項3に記載の医療機器。
