Description

入口および出口を有し、前記回路内の流体に加圧しているポンプと、
前記コントローラに作動可能に接続され、かつ前記ポンプの前記入口および出口に流体接続された弁手段と、
前記弁手段に流体接続され、前記弁手段から加圧流体を選択的に受け取るアクチュエータと、
前記弁手段と前記ポンプの前記入口との間に流体接続された事前充填アキュムレータとを備え、
前記事前充填アキュムレータは、前記弁手段および前記ポンプの前記入口に流体接続された体積可変体を表す可動部材、ならびに前記可動部材の位置を特定するセンサを含み、
前記弁手段が前記ポンプの出口に流体接続された高圧入口および前記ポンプの入口に流体接続された低圧出口を備え、前記流体回路は、加圧閉回路全体を通じて非ゼロ圧力で作動するように構成された加圧閉回路であり、

- 前記流体回路または事前充填アキュムレータは、流体源と流体接続させる目的で、前記充填チャンバの前記チャンバ出口に流体接続されたブリード入口ポートと、排出タンクと流体接続させる目的で、前記チャンバ入口に流体接続されたブリード出口ポートとを含み、前記可動部材を前記ブリード位置まで移動させることで、前記流体回路を開放することができるように、本システムを作動可能としている、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータは第1のアクチュエータを含み、前記弁手段は第1の弁手段を含み、前記回路は、前記コントローラに作動可能に接続された第2の弁手段に流体接続された、第2のアクチュエータを含み、使用中、それぞれの前記アクチュエータへの加圧流体の供給を制御するそれぞれの前記弁手段を作動させることで、それぞれの前記アクチュエータを作動させるように、前記コントローラを構成している、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第3の弁手段と、前記第3の弁手段に流体接続された第3のアクチュエータとを備え、前記第3の弁手段を前記コントローラに作動可能に接続しており、使用中、前記第3の弁手段を作動させることで、前記第3のアクチュエータへの加圧流体の供給を制御するように、前記コントローラを構成している、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータは、車両を減速または停止させるブレーキ付きアクチュエータを含み、前記第2および/または第3の1またはそれ以上の前記またはそれぞれのアクチュエータは、ブレーキなしアクチュエータを含む、請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータまたは前記第1のアクチュエータは、複数の車両ブレーキ付きアクチュエータのうちの1つであり、それぞれの前記ブレーキ付きアクチュエータをそれぞれの前記第1の弁手段に流体接続しており、それぞれの前記第1の弁手段を作動させることで、使用中、それぞれの前記ブレーキ付きアクチュエータへの加圧流体の供給を制御するように、前記コントローラを構成している、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 専用の電動モータを備え、前記モータは前記ポンプに連結され、かつ前記コントローラに作動可能に接続されており、前記コントローラは、使用中、前記モータを作動させることで、前記回路内の流体に加圧するように構成されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプと、加圧流体を貯蔵する前記弁手段のうちの少なくとも1つとの間に流体接続された、1またはそれ以上のアキュムレータを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の流体制御システムを備える、自律走行車両または半自律走行車両制御システム。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の制御システムを備える車両。
