Claims (11)
- 複数の誘電体層の積層構造、及び前記複数の誘電体層を挟んで交互に配置された第1及び第2内部電極を含む本体と、
前記本体において、互いに対向する第1面及び第2面に形成され、前記第1内部電極と連結された第1外部電極と、
前記本体において、前記第1面と第2面とを連結し且つ互いに対向する第3面及び第4面の少なくとも一つに形成され、前記第2内部電極と連結された第2外部電極と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2内部電極により複数の共振周波数が発生し、
前記第1内部電極は、それぞれ複数の領域に分割され、隣接した異なる極性の内部電極と容量を形成し、
前記第1内部電極において、前記複数の領域のそれぞれは、前記第1面及び第2面の両方に露出したリードを介して前記第1外部電極と接続される、
キャパシター部品。 - 前記第2内部電極は、それぞれ複数の領域に分割され、隣接した異なる極性の内部電極と容量を形成する、請求項1に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記第1内部電極において、前記複数の領域の少なくとも一部は互いに異なるサイズを有する、請求項1に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記第2内部電極において、前記複数の領域の少なくとも一部は互いに異なるサイズを有する、請求項2または3に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記第2外部電極は前記第3面及び第4面の両方に形成されており、
前記第2内部電極において、前記複数の領域の一つは、前記第3面に露出したリードを介して前記第2外部電極と接続され、他の一つは、前記第4面に露出したリードを介して前記第2外部電極と接続される、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のキャパシター部品。 - 前記第1及び第2内部電極は、互いに異なる共振周波数を有する複数のキャパシター部に区分され、
前記第1内部電極は、前記第1面及び第2面に露出したリードを介して前記第1外部電極と接続され、互いに異なるキャパシター部に含まれたもの同士は、前記リードの位置が互いに異なる形態である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のキャパシター部品。 - 前記第2外部電極は前記第3面及び第4面の両方に形成されており、
前記第2内部電極は、前記第3面または第4面に露出したリードを介して前記第2外部電極と接続され、互いに異なるキャパシター部に含まれたもの同士は、前記リードの位置が互いに異なる形態である、請求項6に記載のキャパシター部品。 - 前記第1面と前記第3面は互いに垂直に配置される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記本体には、前記キャパシター部品の実装方向を表示するマーキング部が備えられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記マーキング部は、前記本体の他の領域とは異なる材質のセラミックからなる、請求項9に記載のキャパシター部品。
- 前記第1及び第2内部電極は前記第3面に垂直に配置される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のキャパシター部品。
