Claims (9)
- ハウジング、気体噴射ユニット、微塵計数ユニット及び制御ユニットを備えたマスクケース洗浄装置であって、
前記ハウジングは、チャンバと、前記チャンバと連通した吸気口及び排気口と、を有し、
前記気体噴射ユニットは、前記チャンバに収容されるとともに、前記吸気口を介して吸気装置と連通し、前記チャンバに対して気体を噴射し、
前記微塵計数ユニットは、前記排気口と連通し、前記排気口から排出された気体を受け取り、排出された気体のパーティクルの数を計算するとともに単位体積当たりのパーティクルの粒子数及び粒径の分布を測定し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記微塵計数ユニットと信号接続し、前記微塵計数ユニットが計算した排出された気体の微塵数が、設定した閾値より低い場合、前記制御ユニットが信号を送信し、
前記気体噴射ユニットは、プログラム制御されたユニバーサルエアナイフノズルであり、前記ユニバーサルエアナイフノズルの揺動角度は、前記制御ユニットにより決定され、
前記微塵計数ユニットは、選択した光の波長を調整することにより、特定範囲の粒径を有するパーティクルを測定し、
前記制御ユニットは、検出したパーティクルの粒径サイズに応じてウェイト付けし、閾値に達したか否かを判断することを特徴とする、マスクケース洗浄装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記吸気装置と信号接続し、
前記吸気装置は、信号を受信すると、前記チャンバに対する気体の移送を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記気体噴射ユニットと信号接続し、
前記気体噴射ユニットは、信号を受信すると、前記チャンバに対する気体の噴射を停止することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。 - 前記制御ユニットと信号接続し、信号を受信すると提示を発する提示装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
- 前記気体噴射ユニットと前記吸気装置との間に配設された濾過装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
- 前記チャンバに配設され、マスクケースを載置する載置装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
- 前記載置装置と前記マスクケースとが接触される部分は、耐磨耗性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
- 前記チャンバに配設され、マスクケースを固定する固定装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
- 前記固定装置と前記マスクケースとが接触される部分は、耐磨耗性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマスクケース洗浄装置。
