Claims (6)
- Smを7.0~12原子%、
Hf及びZrから成る群から選ばれる1種又は2種の元素を0.1~1.5原子%、
Cを0.06~0.5原子%、
Nを10~20原子%、
Coを0~35原子%、
含有し、
残部がFeである
ことを特徴とするSm-Fe-N系磁石材料。 - 前記Cを0.06~0.09原子%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のSm-Fe-N系磁石材料。
- 着磁後に120℃の温度に1時間保持したうえで室温まで冷却したときの百分率で表した減磁率から、着磁後に120℃の温度に2000時間保持したうえで室温まで冷却したときの百分率で表した減磁率を減じて得られる値の絶対値が1.8~2.2であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のSm-Fe-N系磁石材料。
- さらに、Alを0.1~0.5原子%含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のSm-Fe-N系磁石材料。
- さらに、Siを0.15~0.5原子%含有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のSm-Fe-N系磁石材料。
- 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のSm-Fe-N系磁石材料の粉末とバインダから成ることを特徴とするSm-Fe-N系ボンド磁石。
