Claims (5)
- コンデンサデバイス(1)であって、
1つの楕円の芯穴(6)を有する1つの巻回体(2)を備え、当該芯穴は、最大直径(7)と当該最大直径(7)より小さな最小直径(8)とを有し、
前記コンデンサデバイス(1)は、絞り溝(12)が形成されたハウジング(11)を備え、
前記巻回体(2)は、前記ハウジング(11)の内部に配置され、前記巻回体(2)は、前記ハウジング(11)の内部で前記絞り溝(12)により保持され、
前記絞り溝(12)は、前記巻回体(2)に点状に作用する力を印加し、
前記力は、前記巻回体(2)全体の変形を引き起こさず、前記巻回体(2)に点状に作用する力により、前記巻回体(2)の部分領域のみが変形し、
前記芯穴(6)の前記最大直径(7)は、前記巻回体(2)の前記直径(DW)の少なくとも35%となっており、
前記コンデンサデバイス(1)は、1つの正極接続端子(9)および1つの負極接続端子(10)を備え、これらはそれぞれ前記巻回体(2)と接続されており、そしてこれらは互いに前記芯穴(6)の反対側に配設されており、
前記正極接続端子(9)と前記負極接続端子(10)との間の結合直線(14)は、前記巻回体(2)の前記芯穴(6)の前記最大直径(7)に対して垂直となっており、
前記巻回体の前記変形は、前記巻回体の他の領域と比較して内部領域の剛性が低くなるように、前記巻回体の前記内部領域の剛性を低下させるのに十分な大きさの前記楕円の芯穴により、局所的な領域に限定される、ことを特徴とするコンデンサデバイス。 - 前記芯穴(6)の前記最大直径(7)は少なくとも6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンデンサデバイス。
- 前記巻回体(2)は、7mm~30mmの範囲、好ましくは10~22mmの範囲の前記直径(DW)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコンデンサデバイス。
- 前記芯穴(6)の前記最大直径(7)は、前記芯穴の前記最小直径よりも少なくとも1mm以上大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサデバイス。
- 前記コンデンサデバイス(1)は、1つの電解コンデンサであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサデバイス。
