Description
Claims (6)
- X軸方向に移動可能な主軸台と、
前記X軸方向と前記X軸方向に傾斜して交差する方向の移動軸を有し、前記主軸台に対して移動可能な工具台と、
前記工具台と前記主軸台の移動の重畳制御を行う制御部と、を備え、
前記工具台は、2つの前記移動軸に沿った移動の合成により前記X軸に直交するY軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記制御部は、前記工具台の前記Y軸方向の移動に伴う、前記重畳制御に基づく前記主軸台の移動のうち、前記工具台の前記Y軸方向の移動を行ったことにより生じる前記工具台のX軸方向の移動に対応する分の移動を規制する規制手段を有する工作機械。 - 前記規制手段は、
前記重畳制御に基づく移動の向きと反対向きに、前記重畳制御に基づく移動の量だけ移動させることにより、前記主軸台に対して前記重畳制御に基づく移動を規制する請求項1に記載の工作機械。 - 前記規制手段は、
前記重畳制御に基づく移動が行われる前記工具台に装着される工具の刃先位置を、前記重畳制御における前記主軸台の基準位置として設定することにより、前記主軸台に対して前記重畳制御に基づく移動を規制する請求項1に記載の工作機械。 - 前記工具台は、前記X軸の方向に移動する基台と、前記基台の上に設けられ、前記X軸及び前記Y軸にそれぞれ直交するZ軸の方向に移動する中間台と、前記中間台の上に設けられた前記X軸方向に傾斜して交差する方向に移動する支持台とを備えた移動手段の、前記支持台に設置されている請求項1から3のうちいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記制御部は、前記工具台を前記Y軸方向へ移動させるときは、両移動軸に沿った各々の移動時の時定数を同一に設定するとともに、両移動軸に沿った移動時の各々の移動速度を、同一時間の移動によってX軸方向への移動が相殺するように設定する請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記制御部は、前記Y軸方向へ移動させないときは、前記両移動軸の移動時の時定数を互いに異なる値に設定する請求項5に記載の工作機械。
