Claims (13)
- 発光デバイスと、
第1のノードの電位に応じて、第1の電源から前記発光デバイスに供給される駆動電流の量を制御するための駆動回路と、
第1の基準電源からの第1の基準電圧とデータ線からのデータ電圧との間に切り替えられる第2のノードの電位の変化に応じて前記第1のノードの電位の変化を引き起こすための記憶コンデンサと、
前記第1の基準電圧の変化により生じる前記駆動電流の変化を抑制するための補償コンデンサと、を含み、
前記発光デバイスは、前記第1の電源と第2の電源との間に接続され、
前記駆動回路は、前記発光デバイスと直列に接続される駆動トランジスタを含み、前記駆動トランジスタが、第1のノードに接続されるゲートを有し、
前記記憶コンデンサは、前記第2のノードと前記第1のノードとの間に接続され、かつ 前記補償コンデンサは、前記第2のノードと第3のノードとの間に接続される、画素回路。 - 前記駆動トランジスタは、前記第1の電源と前記第3のノードとの間に接続されるP型トランジスタであり、前記発光デバイスは、前記第3のノードと前記第2の電源との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の画素回路。

を更に含む、請求項1に記載の画素回路。 - 前記リセット回路は、
前記第1の走査線に接続されるゲート、前記第1の基準電源に接続される第1の電極、及び前記第2のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1の走査線に接続されるゲート、前記第2の基準電源に接続される第1の電極、及び前記第1のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第2のトランジスタと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の画素回路。 - 前記書き込み回路は、
前記第2の走査線に接続されるゲート、前記データ線に接続される第1の電極、及び前記第2のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第3のトランジスタと、
前記第2の走査線に接続されるゲート、前記第1のノードに接続される第1の電極、及び前記第3のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第4のトランジスタと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の画素回路。 - 前記発光制御回路は、
前記発光制御線に接続されるゲート、前記第1の基準電源に接続される第1の電極、及び前記第2のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第5のトランジスタと、
前記発光制御線に接続されるゲート、前記発光デバイスに接続される第1の電極、及び前記第3のノードに接続される第2の電極とを有する第6のトランジスタと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の画素回路。 - 前記発光デバイスは、有機発光ダイオードとマイクロ無機発光ダイオードからなる群から選択される、請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の画素回路。
- 走査信号を伝達するための複数の走査線と、
発光制御信号を伝達するための複数の発光制御線と、
データ電圧を伝達するための複数のデータ線と、
アレーに配置される複数の画素と、
を含み、
前記画素の各々は、
発光デバイスと、
第1のノードの電位に応じて、第1の電源から前記発光デバイスに供給される駆動電流の量を制御するための駆動回路と、
第1の基準電源からの第1の基準電圧と前記複数のデータ線のうち対応する1本からのデータ電圧との間に切り替えられる第2のノードの電位の変化に応じて前記第1のノードの電位の変化を引き起こすための記憶コンデンサと、
前記第1の基準電圧の変化により生じる前記駆動電流の変化を抑制するための補償コンデンサと、を含み、
前記発光デバイスは、前記第1の電源と第2の電源との間に接続され、
前記駆動回路は、前記発光デバイスと直列に接続される駆動トランジスタを含み、前記駆動トランジスタが、第1のノードに接続されるゲートを有し、
前記記憶コンデンサは、前記第2のノードと前記第1のノードとの間に接続され、かつ 前記補償コンデンサは、前記第2のノードと第3のノードとの間に接続される、
表示基板。 - 前記複数の画素が形成された基板をさらに含み、
前記駆動トランジスタは、前記基板の上に形成されたソース領域、ドレイン領域及びアクティブ領域と、前記アクティブ領域から垂直方向に離間されたゲート領域とを有し、前記ソース領域と前記ドレイン領域は、前記アクティブ領域によって離間され、
前記記憶コンデンサは、垂直方向に互いに対向して配置される第1の電極と第2の電極を有し、
前記補償コンデンサは、垂直方向に互いに対向して配置される第1の電極と第2の電極を有し、前記補償コンデンサの前記第1の電極は、前記記憶コンデンサの前記第1の電極と同じ層に配置され、かつ
前記補償コンデンサの前記第2の電極は、前記駆動トランジスタの前記ドレイン領域への接続線によって形成される、請求項9に記載の表示基板。 - 前記補償コンデンサの前記第1の電極は、前記記憶コンデンサの前記第1の電極に接続される、請求項10に記載の表示基板。
- 前記接続線は、ドープされた半導体材料からなり、前記駆動トランジスタの前記アクティブ領域と同じ層に配置される、請求項10に記載の表示基板。
- 請求項9に記載の表示基板と、
前記複数の走査線に前記走査信号を供給するための第1の走査駆動器と、
前記複数の発光制御線に前記発光制御信号を供給するための第2の走査駆動器と、
前記複数のデータ線に前記データ電圧を供給するためのデータ駆動器と、を含む表示装置。
