- 如权利要求10所述的阵列基板,其中,所述像素单元内还包括设置在所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述输出端之间的阻断模块;所述阻断模块连接一条控制信号线,用于在所连接的控制信号线上为有效电平时阻断所述所在像素单元的驱动电流的输出。
- 如权利要求15所述的阵列基板,其中,所述阻断模块包括第七晶体管,所述第七晶体管的栅极连接控制信号线,第一极连接所述第二晶体管的第二极,第二极连接所述驱动电流的输出端。
- 一种如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的显示驱动电路的电路驱动方法,包括:在所述扫描线上为有效电平的第一阶段内,向所述复位信号线输出有效电平,向所述数据电压信号线输出预定电压;在所述扫描线上为有效电平的第二阶段内,向所述复位信号线输出无效电平,向所述数据电压信号线输出数据电压。
- 如权利要求17所述的电路驱动方法,其中,所述显示驱动电路还包括设置在所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述用于输出驱动电流的输出端之间的阻断模块;所述阻断模块连接一条控制信号线,用于在所述控制信号线上为有效电平时阻断所述驱动电流的输出;所述电路驱动方法还包括:在所述扫描线上为有效电平时,向所述阻断模块所连接的控制信号线输出有效电平。
- 一种如权利要求10至16中任意一项所述的阵列基板的电路驱动方法,包括:在任一行的所述扫描线上为有效电平的第一阶段内,向所述复位信号线输出有效电平,向所述多列数据电压信号线输出预定电压;在该行扫描线上为有效电平的第二阶段内,向所述复位信号线输出无效电平,向所述多列数据电压信号线输出与该行对应的一组数据电压。
- 如权利要求19所述的电路驱动方法,其中,所述像素单元内还包括设置在所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述输出端之间的阻断模块;所述阻断模块连接一条控制信号线,用于在所连接的控制信号线上为有效电平时阻断所述所在像素单元的驱动电流的输出;所述方法还包括:在任一行的所述扫描线上为有效电平时,向该行扫描线对应的像素单元内的阻断模块所连接的控制信号线输出有效电平。
- 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的显示驱动电路,或者如权利要求9至16中任意一项所述的阵列基板。
- 如权利要求21所述的显示装置,所述显示装置包括如权利要求9至16中任意一项所述的阵列基板,还包括设置在所述阵列基板上的有机发光层,以及设置在所述有机发光层上的电极层;所述有机发光层与每一所述像素单元内的所述输出端相互接触。
