Claims (4)
- 車両用ドアのドアトリムの背面に取り付けられ、前記車両用ドアに加わる衝撃を吸収する衝撃吸収体であって、
前記ドアトリムの前記背面に筒先端面が対面する略四角筒体を備え、
前記略四角筒体は、上板及び下板と、前側板または後側板により三側面を閉じ、残る一側面を開放した略コの字の形状からなり、前記ドアトリム背面と対面し前記筒先端面を閉じる端板を備え、
前記端板には凸部または凹部が設けられ、前記ドアトリム背面に設けられた対応部位と係合することでドアトリム背面内の移動が規制される、ことを特徴とする衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記略四角筒体において、前記上板及び前記下板は、前記筒先端面に向かうにつれて互いの距離が近づくように、略ハの字型に形成されている、ことを特徴とする衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記端板には、前記凸部として、略鉛直方向に延出した突出リブが設けられ、
前記突出リブは、前記ドアトリム背面に設けられた前記対応部位である溝に挿入されることにより、ドアトリム背面内における水平方向の移動が規制される、ことを特徴とする衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収体において、
複数の前記略四角筒体を備え、
全ての前記略四角筒体は前記上板、前記下板、及び前記前側板によって前記三側面が閉じられている、または、全ての前記略四角筒体は前記上板、前記下板、及び前記後側板によって前記三側面が閉じられている、ことを特徴とする衝撃吸収体。
