Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態における熱源機100の構成について説明する。
図8に示されるように、本実施の形態の熱交換装置200によれば、複数の第1管21aおよび複数の第2管21bの各々は、複数の直線部21cと複数の湾曲部21dとが直列に接続されることにより蛇行しながら鉛直方向(第1方向D1)に延びている。したがって、複数の第1管21aおよび複数の第2管21bの各々から水を排出するときに、水が重力により上から下に流れるため、排水性を向上させることができる。
Claims (3)
- 燃焼ガスの顕熱および潜熱を回収可能な熱交換装置であって、
前記燃焼ガスの前記顕熱を回収するための一次熱交換器と、
前記熱交換装置が設置された状態において前記一次熱交換器に鉛直方向に重なるように配置され、かつ前記燃焼ガスの前記潜熱を回収するための二次熱交換器とを備え、
前記二次熱交換器は、複数の第1管と、各々が前記複数の第1管の各々と前記鉛直方向に交差する方向に交互に隣り合う複数の第2管とを含み、
前記複数の第1管および前記複数の第2管の各々は、複数の直線部と、前記複数の直線部同士を接続する複数の湾曲部とを有し、前記複数の直線部と前記複数の湾曲部とが直列に接続されることにより蛇行しながら前記鉛直方向に延びており、
前記複数の第2管の各々の前記複数の直線部の各々は、前記複数の第1管の各々の前記複数の直線部の各々と前記鉛直方向にずれるように配置されており、
前記二次熱交換器は、前記複数の第1管および前記複数の第2管を取り囲む周壁部を含み、
前記周壁部は、本体部と、前記本体部から外側に向けて膨出する膨出部とを含み、
前記複数の第1管および前記複数の第2管の各々は、前記本体部によって取り囲まれた前記周壁部の内部空間内と、前記膨出部によって膨らんだ前記周壁部の前記内部空間内とに配置されている、熱交換装置。 - 前記一次熱交換器は、複数のフィンパイプを含み、
前記複数のフィンパイプの各々は、前記複数の直線部が延びる方向に沿って延びている、請求項1に記載の熱交換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の前記熱交換装置と、
前記一次熱交換器に対して前記二次熱交換器と反対側に配置されたバーナとを備え、
前記バーナは、前記一次熱交換器および前記二次熱交換器の順に前記燃焼ガスを供給可能に構成されている、熱源機。
