Claims (22)
- 屋根葺き、外装またはサイディング用モジュールであって、
傾斜した建物表面に設置されたとき、隣接するオーバーラップモジュールの露出領域によって実質的に覆われるように適合されているアンダーラップ領域と、
前記アンダーラップ領域の下側に形成された複数の突起と、
を備え、
前記複数の突起は
(i)前記モジュールと前記傾斜した建物表面との間に隙間を設けるために前記モジュールを前記傾斜した建物表面上で支持する足部であり、および
(ii)前記モジュールと前記傾斜した建物表面との間に空気流の経路を画定するために前記アンダーラップ領域の前記下側にプロファイル部分を設け、
前記複数の突起の各々は、前記アンダーラップ領域の上側に対応するキャビティを備えた前記アンダーラップ領域の下方突出部分によって形成されており、
前記キャビティは、前記キャビティ内に水が溜まるのを防止するまたは最小限に抑えるように成形され、
前記傾斜した建物表面に前記モジュールが配置されているとき、前記キャビティのベース部(底部)と前記キャビティの前部との間に延びる前記キャビティの表面は水が前記キャビティから流れるように傾斜しており、
前記モジュールが前記傾斜した建物表面に配置された状態で、前記キャビティの前記表面と前記傾斜した建物表面との間の角度が、前記傾斜した建物表面の傾斜角度よりも小さい、
屋根葺き、外装またはサイディング用モジュール。 - 各突起が前記足部であり、前記キャビティの表面と前記足部のベース部との間の角度が、前記傾斜した建物表面の傾斜角よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 各突起が前記足部であり、前記キャビティの表面と前記足部のベース部に隣接する平面との間の角度が、前記傾斜した建物表面の傾斜角度よりも小さい、請求項1または2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティの前記表面の傾斜角度が、30度未満、または25度未満、または20度未満、または15度未満、または10度~15度である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティのベース部と前記キャビティの後部との間に延びる前記キャビティの表面の角度が、前記キャビティの前記ベース部と前記キャビティの前部との間に延びる前記キャビティの前記表面の前記角度よりも大きい、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティの前記ベース部と前記キャビティの前記後部との間に延在する前記キャビティの前記表面と、前記キャビティの前記ベース部と前記キャビティの前記前部との間に延在する前記表面との間の角度が120度未満である、請求項5に記載のモジュール。
- 前記1つまたは複数の角度が、前記キャビティの前後中心線に関連する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティが前記キャビティの前記前部に向かって幅が狭くなり、前記キャビティの前記前部に向かって水の流れを狭める、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティが、前記キャビティの前記ベース部と前記キャビティの前記前部との間で幅が狭くなる、請求項8に記載のモジュール。
- 平面図において、前記キャビティがほぼ涙滴形であり、前記涙滴形の頂部が前記キャビティの前部を形成している、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 各突起が前記足部であり、前記足部のベース部が、前記傾斜した建物表面に載るための平坦な部分を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記キャビティの対応するベース部が平坦な部分を含む、請求項11に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが少なくとも2列の前記突起を含み、前記列は前記アンダーラップ領域の前部と後部との間でずれているかまたは食い違い状になっている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記突起が、前記傾斜した建物表面と前記モジュールとの間に空気流のための曲がりくねった経路を作り出す、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが、前記傾斜した建物表面の下縁部で使用するためのスターターモジュールであり、前記モジュールが、隣接する屋根葺き、外装またはサイディング用モジュールの露出領域によって実質的に完全にオーバーラップされる、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが、前記傾斜した建物表面に設置されたときに、隣接するモジュールの前記アンダーラップ領域を覆うように適合されている露出領域を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記露出領域の上面が光起電力セルまたはデバイスを含む、請求項16に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが熱エネルギー回収システムの一部としての使用に適している、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記露出領域の下面に面する支持面を提供するために前記露出領域から延びる突起と、 前記傾斜した建物表面に設置されたときに、隣接するオーバーラップモジュールの前記露出領域の前記支持面と前記下面との間に受け入れられるように適合された舌状部を含むクリップをそれぞれ受け入れるための前記アンダーラップ領域の1つまたは複数の位置決めディティールと、
を含む、請求項16または17に記載のモジュール。 - 請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の屋根葺き、外装、またはサイディング用モジュールを含む屋根葺き、外装、またはサイディング用装置であって、
前記傾斜した建物表面に設置されたときに、隣接するオーバーラップモジュールの露出領域の支持面と下面との間に受け入れられるように適合された舌状部を提供するために前記アンダーラップ領域に取り付け可能な1つまたは複数のクリップを含む、屋根葺き、外装、またはサイディング用装置。 - 建物表面から熱エネルギーを除去または回収するためのシステムであって、
各モジュールが請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載のモジュールである、前記建物表面を実質的に覆う複数の部分的にオーバーラップするモジュールを含む屋根葺き、外装、またはサイディング用アセンブリと、
空気流を誘導するように適合されたファンと、
を含むシステム。 - 屋根葺き、外装またはサイディング用モジュールであって、
傾斜した建物表面に設置されたとき、隣接するオーバーラップモジュールの露出領域によって実質的に覆われるように適合されているアンダーラップ領域と、
前記モジュールと前記傾斜した建物表面との間に隙間を設けるために前記アンダーラップ領域の下面から突出する足部であって、前記アンダーラップ領域の上面に対応するキャビティを形成する前記アンダーラップ領域の下方突出部分によってそれぞれ形成された足部と、
を含み、
前記傾斜した建物表面上に前記モジュールが位置するとき、前記キャビティのベース部と前記キャビティの前部との間に延びる前記キャビティの表面が傾斜し、前記キャビティから水が流れることを可能にし、前記キャビティに水が溜まるのを防止するまたは最小限に抑え、
前記モジュールが前記傾斜した建物表面に配置された状態で、前記キャビティの前記表面と前記建物表面との間の角度が、前記傾斜した建物表面の傾斜角度よりも小さい、
屋根葺き、外装またはサイディング用モジュール。
