Claims (7)
- 粉末材料を硬化させて硬化層を形成し、これを順次積層することによって三次元造形物を造形する三次元造形装置であって、
造形された前記三次元造形物が収容される本体部と、
前記粉末材料が収容されかつ前記三次元造形物が造形される造形空間を有し、前記本体部に設けられた造形槽と、
前記造形槽に配置され、前記粉末材料が載置される第1テーブルと、
前記造形槽に配置され、前記第1テーブルを上昇および下降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記造形槽に対して第1方向の一方側に位置するように前記本体部に設けられ、前記造形槽に供給される前記粉末材料が貯留される貯留空間を有する供給槽と、
前記供給槽に配置され、前記粉末材料が載置される第2テーブルと、
前記供給槽に配置され、前記第2テーブルを上昇および下降させる第2昇降装置と、
前記第2テーブルに載置された前記粉末材料を前記造形槽に搬送しかつ前記粉末材料を前記造形空間に敷詰める敷詰め部材と、
前記敷詰め部材を支持する支持部材と、
前記第1方向と平面視で直交する第2方向および上下方向に延び、前記粉末材料を搬送可能な板部材と、
前記造形槽に対して前記第1方向の他方側に位置するように前記本体部に設けられ、前記造形空間に敷詰められずに余った前記粉末材料が回収される回収空間を有する回収槽と、
前記回収槽に配置され、前記粉末材料が載置される第3テーブルと、
前記回収槽に配置され、前記第3テーブルを上昇および下降させる第3昇降装置と、
前記造形空間に収容された前記粉末材料に硬化液を吐出する吐出ヘッドと、
前記本体部および前記支持部材のいずれか一方を他方に対して前記第1方向に相対的に移動させる移動機構と、
前記第1昇降装置、前記第2昇降装置、前記第3昇降装置、前記吐出ヘッドおよび前記移動機構を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記支持部材は、前記敷詰め部材よりも前記第1方向の前記一方側に配置された前記吐出ヘッドと、前記吐出ヘッドよりも前記第1方向の前記一方側に配置された前記板部材とを支持し、
前記板部材の下端は、前記敷詰め部材の下端より上方かつ前記敷詰め部材の上端より下方に位置し、
前記制御装置は、前記三次元造形物の造形が完了した後、前記第3テーブルおよび前記第1テーブルを上昇させかつ前記第2テーブルを下降させかつ前記本体部に対して前記支持部材を前記第1方向の前記他方側から前記一方側へと相対的に移動させて、前記敷詰め部材および前記板部材によって前記第3テーブルおよび前記第1テーブルに載置された前記粉末材料を前記供給槽の前記貯留空間に戻す、三次元造形装置。 - 前記本体部に対して前記支持部材を前記第1方向の前記他方側から前記一方側へと相対的に移動させるときの1回当たりの前記第3テーブルおよび前記第1テーブルの上方への移動量は、前記板部材の上下方向の長さより小さい、請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記本体部に対して前記支持部材を前記第1方向の前記他方側から前記一方側へと相対的に移動させるたびに、前記貯留空間に前記粉末材料を戻す前に前記第2テーブルを所定の量だけ下降させる、請求項1または2に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記粉末材料は、第1平均粒径を有する無機材料と、前記第1平均粒径より小さい第2平均粒径を有する水溶性の樹脂材料と、を含む、請求項3に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記板部材は、
前記支持部材に支持される第1部分と、
前記第1部分の前記第2方向の一方側の端部から前記第2方向の前記一方側かつ前記第1方向の前記一方側に延びる第1側壁と、
前記第1部分の前記第2方向の他方側の端部から前記第2方向の前記他方側かつ前記第1方向の前記一方側に延びる第2側壁と、を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記板部材は、
前記第2方向に延びかつ前記支持部材に支持される第1部分と、
前記第1部分の前記第2方向の一方側の端部から少なくとも前記第1方向の前記一方側に向けて伸びる第1側壁と、
前記第1部分の前記第2方向の他方側の端部から少なくとも前記第1方向の前記一方側に向けて伸びる第2側壁と、を備えている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記板部材は、
前記第1部分の上端から前記第1方向の前記一方側に延び、前記第1側壁の上端および前記第2側壁の上端に接続された上壁を備えている、請求項5または6に記載の三次元造形装置。
