Description
また、本発明は前記アクリルゴム組成物の加硫物も提供する。すなわち、本発明は、前記アクリルゴム組成物を加硫させて得られた加硫ゴムも提供する。
また、本発明は、前記加硫物を含むゴムホース、前記加硫物を含むシール部品、及び前記加硫物を含む防振ゴム部品も提供する。
<アクリルゴムA>
内容積40リットルの耐圧反応容器に、アクリル酸エチル5.6Kg、アクリル酸n-ブチル5.6Kg、マレイン酸モノブチルを560g、部分ケン化ポリビニルアルコール4質量%の水溶液17Kg、酢酸ナトリウム22gを投入し、攪拌機でよく混合し、均一な懸濁液を作製した。槽内上部の空気を窒素で置換後、エチレンを槽上部に圧入し、圧力を3.5MPaに調整した。攪拌を続行し、槽内を55℃に保持した後、別途注入口よりt-ブチルヒドロペルオキシド水溶液(0.25質量%、2リットル)を圧入して重合を開始させた。反応中槽内温度は55℃に保ち、6時間で反応が終了した。生成した重合液に硼酸ナトリウム水溶液(3.5質量%、7リットル)を添加して重合体を固化し、脱水及び乾燥を行ってアクリルゴムAとした。
アクリルゴムAと同様な方法であるが、マレイン酸モノブチルの代わりにグリシジルメタクリレート150gに変えて重合を開始させ、アクリルゴムBを得た。
上記の方法で得たアクリルゴムA又はBを用いて、表1の配合組成で、ハーケミキサー、6インチオープンロールを用いて混練を行い、厚さ2.4mmのシートに分出しした後、プレス加硫機で170℃、50分のプレス加硫を行った。
・ステアリン酸:花王株式会社製ルナックS-90
・ステアリルアミン:花王株式会社製ファーミン80
・流動パラフィン:カネダ社製ハイコールK-230
・老化防止剤:ユニロイヤル社製ナウガード445(4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン)
・2,2-[ビス4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン:和歌山精化社製
・XLA-60:ランクセス社製加硫促進剤
・トリメチルチオ尿素:大内新興化学工業社製
・1-ベンジル-2-メチルイミダゾール:四国化成工業社製
・オクタデシルトリメチル・アンモニウムブロマイド:東邦化学工業社製
・グラフェン:アスブリー・カーボン(Asbury Carbon)社製グラフェン3777
1.グラフェン1gと硝酸ナトリウム0.5gとを混ぜた後、濃硫酸23mLを加えて1時間攪拌して混合物1を得た。
2.上記混合物1に過マンガン酸カリウム3gを、混合物の温度が20℃を超えないようにゆっくりと加えて混合物2を得た。
3.上記混合物2を35℃で12時間攪拌した後、水500mLを激しく攪拌しながら加えて懸濁液を得た。
4.上記懸濁液に30%過酸化水素水5mLを加えて、過マンガン酸カリウムを完全に消費させた。
5.上記4.の処理後の懸濁液を塩酸、水で洗浄後、濾過して乾燥し、酸化グラフェンを得た。
得られたアクリルゴム組成物について、引張強さ、破断時伸び、および耐熱性を以下の条件で評価した。
(1)引張強さ・破断時伸び
ASTM D 412-98に準拠して測定した。
(2)耐熱性試験
熱重量測定装置を用い、約10mgのサンプルを窒素雰囲気化(窒素流量35ml/分)において、20℃/分の昇温速度で600℃まで加熱し、サンプル重量が5%減少した温度を分解温度として測定した。
各実施例、比較例についての測定結果を表1に示した。
Claims (9)
- アクリルゴム100質量部に対し、酸化グラフェンを含有する炭素材料を0.1~50質量部含有し、
前記アクリルゴムがエチレン単量体単位を含有し、
前記エチレン単量体単位の含有割合が、前記アクリルゴムの全質量のうち0.1~10質量%である、アクリルゴム組成物。 - 前記アクリルゴムが、エポキシ基、カルボキシル基、及び活性塩素基から選ばれる少なくとも1つの官能基を含有するものである、請求項1に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 前記官能基を有する単量体単位の含有割合が、前記アクリルゴムの全質量のうち0.1~10質量%である、請求項2に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 前記アクリルゴムが、エチルアクリレート単量体単位及びn-ブチルアクリレート単量体単位を含み、
前記アクリルゴムの全質量に対して前記エチルアクリレート単量体単位及び前記n-ブチルアクリレート単量体単位の合計が75~99質量%である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。 - 前記炭素材料が酸化グラフェンである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のアクリルゴム組成物の加硫物。
- 請求項6に記載の加硫物を含むゴムホース。
- 請求項6に記載の加硫物を含むシール部品。
- 請求項6に記載の加硫物を含む防振ゴム部品。
