Description
Claims (16)
- 化学構造Ti(1-x)M1xNb(2-y)M2yO(7-z)QzまたはTi(2 -x’)M1x’Nb(10-y’)M2y’O(29-z’)Qz’を有するドープニオブ酸チタン。
(式中、M1はLi、Mg、またはこれらの組み合わせであり;
M2はFe、Mn、V、Ni、Cr、またはこれらの組み合わせであり;
QはFであり;
0≦x≦0.15;
0≦y≦0.15;
0.01≦z≦2;
0≦x’≦0.3;
0≦y’≦0.9; かつ
0.01≦z’≦8である。) - Ti(1-x)M1xNb(2-y)M2yO(7-z)Qzが単斜格子を有し、Ti(2-x’)M1x’Nb(10-y’)M2y’O(29-z’)Qz’がReO3-型結晶構造を有する、請求項1に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 複数の一次粒子からなる多孔質構造である請求項1または2に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 前記多孔質構造のメジアン粒径が0.3マイクロメートルから60マイクロメートルであり、前記一次粒子のメジアン粒径が0.01マイクロメートルから5イクロメートルであり、前記多孔質構造の孔径が50ナノメートルから1マイクロメートルである、請求項3に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 非多孔質構造である請求項1または2に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 前記非多孔質構造のメジアン粒径が0.01マイクロメートルから10マイクロメートルである、請求項5に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- さらにチタン酸リチウムと混合して複合材料を形成する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のドープニオブ酸チタンであって、前記ドープニオブ酸チタンと前記チタン酸リチウムとの重量比が90:10から10:90である、ドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 前記チタン酸リチウムの表面が、炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記チタン酸リチウムとの重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項7に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 前記複合材料の表面が炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記複合材料との重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項7に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 前記ドープニオブ酸チタンの表面が炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記ドープニオブ酸チタンとの重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のドープニオブ酸チタン。
- 負極と;
正極と;
前記負極と前記正極との間に配置された電解質と;
を含む電池であって、
前記負極が、化学構造Ti(1-x)M1xNb(2-y)M2yO(7-z)QzまたはTi(2-x’)M1x’Nb(10-y’)M2y’O(29-z’)Qz’を有するドープニオブ酸チタンを含む、電池。
(式中、M1はLi、Mg、またはこれらの組み合わせであり;
M2はFe、Mn、V、Ni、Cr、またはこれらの組み合わせであり;
QはFであり;
0≦x≦0.15;
0≦y≦0.15;
0.01≦z≦2;
0≦x’≦0.3;
0≦y’≦0.9; かつ
0.01≦z’≦8である。) - Ti(1-x)M1xNb(2-y)M2yO(7-z)Qzが単斜格子を有し、Ti(2-x’)M1x’Nb(10-y’)M2y’O(29-z’)Qz’がReO3-型結晶構造を有する、請求項11に記載の電池。
- 前記負極がチタン酸リチウムをさらに含み、前記チタン酸リチウムを前記ドープニオブ酸チタンと混合させて複合材料とし、前記ドープニオブ酸チタンと前記チタン酸リチウムとの重量比が90:10から10:90である、請求項11または12に記載の電池。
- 前記チタン酸リチウムの表面が炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記チタン酸リチウムとの重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項13に記載の電池。
- 前記複合材料の表面が炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記複合材料との重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項13に記載の電池。
- 前記ドープニオブ酸チタンの表面が炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物で被覆されており、前記炭素、酸化物、またはフッ化物と前記ドープニオブ酸チタンとの重量比率が0よりも大きく、かつ5%以下である、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
