Description
本出願は、2018年3月21日付韓国特許出願2018-0032599に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明の遷移金属複合体の製造方法は、遷移金属のカルボン酸塩(M(OCOR)a)、硝酸塩(M(NO3)a)、水酸化物塩又はアルコキシド(M(OR)a);そして配位溶媒を含む分散液を準備する段階を含む。
本発明の遷移金属複合体の製造方法は、カーボン系、シリル系又はアミン系陽イオン、及びボレート系バルキー陰イオンを含有する有機ボレート系化合物を前記分散液と反応させる段階を含む。
R1からR4は、それぞれ独立して水素、ハロゲン基、又は置換又は非置換の炭素数1から20のアルキル基であり、好ましくは、ハロゲン基で置換された炭素数1から12のアルキル基、より好ましくは、ハロゲン基で置換された炭素数1から4のアルキル基であり、o、p、q及びrは、それぞれ独立して1から5の整数である。
実施例1
Mn(OAc)2(OAc=アセテート基)(100mg)(Alfa Aesar社製)の無水CH3CN(Aldrich社製)分散液(1mL)を準備した。前記金属前駆体に対して2当量の[Et3Si][B(C6F5)4](Asahi Glass Co.から購買)を無水CH3CN(Aldrich社製)(3mL)に溶解させた後、前記分散液に添加した。形成された均質の混合物を常温で5時間撹拌した。全ての溶媒を減圧条件で蒸発させた後、残留物をヘキサンで洗浄した。減圧条件で乾燥させて粉末形態の複合体を収得し、-30℃で保管した。
前記Mn(OAc)2の代わりにFe(OAc)2(Alfa Aesar社製)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一の方式で粉末形態の複合体を収得した。
前記Mn(OAc)2の代わりにCo(OAc)2(Aldrich社製)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一の方式で粉末形態の複合体を収得した。
前記Mn(OAc)2の代わりにCu(OAc)2(Aldrich社製)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一の方式で粉末形態の複合体を収得した。
前記Mn(OAc)2の代わりにZn(OAc)2(Aldrich社製)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一の方式で粉末形態の複合体を収得した。
光への露出を最小限にしつつ、グローブボックスで実験を進めた。AgNO30.19g(1.12mmol)を無水アセトニトリル溶液5mLに溶解させた後、K[B(C6F5)4](Alfa Aesar社製)1.00g(1.39mmol)が溶解されている無水アセトニトリル10mLに徐々に添加した。1時間後、全ての溶媒を減圧で除去した。その後、ジクロロメタンに溶解させた後、副生成物であるKNO3塩をフィルターを介して除去した。溶媒を減圧条件で一定の部分除去した後、ヘキサンを入れて-30℃で結晶化することでAg[B(C6F5)]40.84g(77%yield)を得た。
前記比較例1において、CuCl2の代わりにFeCl2を用いたことを除いては、同一の方式で[Fe(NCCH3)6][B(C6F5)4]2を合成した。
触媒としては、下記表1に記載されている通り、実施例1から5と比較例1及び2で製造されたものをそれぞれ用いた。20gのイソブテンを圧力反応器に注入した後、ジクロロメタンを入れてイソブテンの濃度を20wt%に調整した。このように準備された反応物を30℃に調整した。そして、前記触媒を下記表1に記載の量にし、アルゴンが満たされているグローブボックス内でジクロロメタンに溶解させた後、加圧用シリンジを用いて圧力反応器に入れた。その後、重合反応を2時間30℃で撹拌しながら進め、2時間後メタノールでクエンチングした。
Claims (11)
- 遷移金属の塩又はアルコキシド、及び配位溶媒を含む分散液を準備する段階と、
カーボン系、シリル系又はアミン系の陽イオン、及びボレート系バルキー陰イオンを含有する有機ボレート系化合物を前記分散液と反応させる段階とを含み、
前記遷移金属は、7族から12族の金属中から選択される1つ以上であり、
前記有機ボレート系化合物は、下記化学式1で表され、
前記遷移金属塩は、遷移金属のカルボン酸塩、硝酸塩又は水酸化物塩である遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
ここでAは、C、Si又はNであり、
R 0 は、それぞれ独立して水素、炭素数1から20のアルキル基、炭素数1から20のアルコキシ基、炭素数6から20のアリール基又は炭素数6から20のアリールオキシ基であり、
mは、AがC又はSiである時に3であり、AがNである時4であり;
R 1 からR 4 は、それぞれ独立して水素、ハロゲン基、又は置換もしくは非置換の炭素数1から20のアルキル基であり、
o、p、q及びrは、5の整数である。 - 前記R0は、 それぞれ独立して水素、炭素数1から12のアルキル基、炭素数1から12のアルコキシ基、炭素数6から12のアリール基又は炭素数6から12のアリールオキシ基であり;
R1からR4は、それぞれ独立して水素、ハロゲン基、又はハロゲン基で置換された炭素数1から12のアルキル基である、請求項1に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。 - 前記ボレート系バルキー陰イオンは、テトラキス(フェニル)ボレート、テトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、テトラキス[3,5-ビス(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]ボレート、及びその誘導体からなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記遷移金属は、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu及びZnからなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記配位溶媒は、アセトニトリル、プロピオニトリル、2-メチルプロパンニトリル、トリメチルアセトニトリル、ベンゾニトリル、ジエチルエーテル、ジアリルエーテル、ピリジン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、ニトロメタン、ニトロベンゼン及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記反応段階において、遷移金属の塩又はアルコキシドと有機ボレート系化合物のモル比は、1:1から1:3である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記有機ボレート系化合物を前記分散液と反応させる前に配位溶媒又は非配位溶媒に溶解させる段階をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記反応段階において、前記遷移金属の塩又はアルコキシドと前記配位溶媒のモル比は、1:4から1:18である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記反応段階で得られる重合体を有機溶媒で洗浄するか蒸留する段階をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記遷移金属複合体は、数平均分子量500から4500の重合体の製造に用いられる触媒又はその前駆体として用いられる、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
- 前記低分子量重合体は、スチレン、イソブテン、シクロペンタジエン、ジシクロペンタジエン、テトラヒドロフラン及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される1つ以上の単量体を重合して製造される、請求項10に記載の遷移金属複合体の製造方法。
