Description

Cat+X-zY
式中、Cat+はカチオンであり、X-は対アニオン(例えば、ルイス塩基)であり、zは、対アニオン(例えば、ルイス酸又はブレンステッド酸)と相互作用するY分子の数を指す。例えば、Cat+は、アンモニウム、ホスホニウム、又はスルホニウムカチオンを含み得る。X-は、例えば、ハロゲン化物イオンを含んでもよい。Yは、例えば、水素結合供与体、メタルハライド、又はメタルハライド水和物を含んでもよい。1つ以上の実施形態において、zは、深共晶溶媒を実現する数であるが、他の実施形態においては、zは、深共晶溶媒を達成しないならば、それぞれ対応する共晶構成成分よりも低い融点を有する錯体を実現する数である。

Claims (4)
- 加硫性組成物を調製するための方法であって、
(i)加硫性ゴム、硬化剤、金属化合物、及び共晶組成物を配合する工程であって、前記金属化合物が酸化亜鉛である、工程を含み、
前記加硫性組成物が、ゴム100重量部当たり2重量部未満の酸化亜鉛を含み、前記加硫性組成物が、ゴム100重量部当たり約0.005~約3重量部の前記共晶組成物を含む、方法。 - 前記共晶組成物が、コリンクロリドと尿素とを配合することによって形成される、請求項1に記載の加硫性組成物の調製方法。
- 共晶組成物が式Cat+X-zY
(式中、Cat+はアンモニウムカチオン、ホスホニウムカチオン、又はスルホニウムカチオンであり、X-はハライドイオンであり、Yは、水素結合供与体、メタルハライド、又はメタルハライド水和物であり、zは、前記ハライドイオンと組み合わされるY分子(例えば、ルイス酸又はブレンステッド酸)の数を表す)
によって定義される、請求項1又は2に記載の加硫性組成物の調製方法。 - 前記加硫性組成物を加熱して加硫を実現するステップによって形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の加硫性組成物の調製方法から調製された加硫物。
