Description
前記補強充填剤が−ArAy型の官能表面基を有するカーボンブラックを含み,
Arがフェニル基,ナフチル基,アントラセニル基,フェナントレニル基,ビフェニル基及びピリジニル基から選択した芳香族ラジカルであり,
AがCOO-又はSO3 -官能基であり,
yは,Arがフェニル基の場合1〜5の整数,Arがナフチル基の場合1〜7の整数,Arがアントラセニル基,フェナントレニル基又はビフェニル基の場合1〜9の整数,Arがピリジニル基の場合1〜4の整数であることを特徴とする水系接着剤混合物を提供する。
各混合物を,接着性はASTM規格D624に従って未硬化及び硬化ゴムの両方について試験し,粘弾性特性はASTM規格D5289に従って試験し,粘度はASTM規格D6080に従って試験した。表2に試験結果を示す。
Claims (5)
- 5〜80質量%の水と,10〜60質量%の架橋可能な不飽和鎖のポリマー基材と,0.2〜1質量%の硫黄と,0.01〜30質量%の補強充填剤と,0.1〜3質量%の亜鉛華と,0.1〜1質量%の加硫促進剤と,0.1〜3.0質量%の乳化剤とを含み,
前記補強充填剤が−ArAy型の官能表面基を有するカーボンブラックを含み,
Arはフェニル基,ナフチル基,アントラセニル基,フェナントレニル基,ビフェニル基及びピリジニル基から選択した芳香族ラジカルであり,
AはCOO−又はSO3 −官能基であり,
yはArがフェニル基の場合1〜5の整数,Arがナフチル基の場合1〜7の整数,Arがアントラセニル基,フェナントレニル基又はビフェニル基の場合1〜9の整数,Arがピリジニル基の場合1〜4の整数であることを特徴とするタイヤ製造用水系接着剤混合物。 - 前記カーボンブラックが150nm以下の平均粒度分布を有する請求項1に記載の水系接着剤混合物。
- 前記カーボンブラックがヨウ素価として表わされる150〜225g/kgの表面積を有する請求項1又は2に記載の水系接着剤混合物。
- 前記補強充填剤を4.0〜25.0質量%含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水系接着剤混合物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水性接着剤混合物を用いて製造したタイヤ。
