本发明涉及橡胶鞋围粘合技术领域,具体涉及一种单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂;其特征包括以下干质量份的组分:天然胶乳100份、噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份、秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份、乳化剂1份、硫磺1份、氧化锌1份、防老剂2份、渗透剂1份、稳定剂1份、去离子水适量;本发明在常温下不具备硫化条件,能在常温下存放180天以上,确保成品质量,减少生产中的浪费,提高了生产效率,节约了时间和资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶鞋围粘合技术领域,具体涉及一种单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂。
背景技术
传统的橡胶鞋围条分散剂分为单组份和双组份两类:一、单组份是即用型产品,产品有效期为三至五天左右,如超过期限,产品因过度硫化而不能使用,造成浪费或影响产品质量问题;二、双组份是把促进剂部分作为后添加原料;当要使用时才添加至分散剂中搅拌混合,缺点是份量添加的准确性和混合后的均匀度会影响产品质量,增加工作量和劳动成本,混合后的分散剂如未能及时使用完毕也会造成浪费和影响产品质量问题。
为了适应市场化需求,橡胶鞋围条分散剂必须能在储存期,操作方式上改善以配合使用者。因不是所有的橡胶鞋工厂都有能力生产围条硫化分散剂,现时大多橡胶鞋工厂(特别是中小型工厂)均向化工厂及大型橡胶鞋工厂购买双组份产品回来加工及使用,因使用的不方便造成浪费,增加成本及成品质量不稳定;这正成为目前该领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有橡胶鞋围条分散剂存在的使用期限短,使用不方便,容易过度硫化等问题,提供一种单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂。
为了达到此目的,本发明提供一种单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂。本发明采用如下技术方案:单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂;其特征在于:包括以下干质量份的组分:
天然胶乳100份;
噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;
秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;
乳化剂0.9~1份;
硫磺0.9~1份;
氧化锌0.9~1份;
防老剂1.5~2份;
渗透剂0.9~1份;
稳定剂0.9~1份;
去离子水   适量。
在上述基础上,所述噻唑类促进剂为:一硫醇基苯并噻唑或二硫化二苯并噻唑;所述秋兰姆类促进剂为:一硫化四甲基秋兰姆或二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
在上述基础上,所述单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂的制备方法:其特征在于:包括下列步骤:称取原料天然胶乳100份后投入搅拌机中,再投入噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;乳化剂0.9~1份;硫磺0.9~1份;氧化锌0.9~1份;防老剂1.5~2份;渗透剂0.9~1份;稳定剂0.9~1份;去离子水适量在常温下不停搅拌混合,混搅拌总时间约130分钟,得到密炼好的分散剂。
在上述基础上,所述的单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂要在高温硫化更快速,其特征包括以下干质量份的组分:
天然胶乳100份;
噻唑类促进剂0.05~5份;
秋兰姆类促进剂0.01~2份;
乳化剂0.9~1份;
硫磺0.9~1份;
氧化锌0.9~1份;
防老剂1.5~2份;
渗透剂0.9~1份;
稳定剂0.9~1份;
去离子水   适量。
本发明弃用二硫化氨基甲酸盐类高速促进剂及全秋兰姆类促进剂,改用噻唑类低速促进剂为主,配合小量秋兰姆类促进剂作为辅助促进剂,使产品活性较低,温度临界点高,硫化速度慢,在常温(35度或以下)不具备硫化条件,能在常温下存放180天以上,确保成品质量,减少生产中的浪费,提高了生产效率,节约了时间和资源。

下面用最佳的实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
在本实施中,单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂;其特征在于:包括以下干质量份的组分:
天然胶乳100份;
噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;
秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;
乳化剂0.9~1份;
硫磺0.9~1份;
氧化锌0.9~1份;
防老剂1.5~2份;
渗透剂0.9~1份;
稳定剂0.9~1份;
去离子水   适量。
在上述基础上,所述噻唑类促进剂为:一硫醇基苯并噻唑或二硫化二苯并噻唑;所述秋兰姆类促进剂为:一硫化四甲基秋兰姆或二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
在上述基础上,所述单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂的制备方法:其特征在于:包括下列步骤:称取原料天然胶乳100份后投入搅拌机中,再投入噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;乳化剂0.9~1份;硫磺0.9~1份;氧化锌0.9~1份;防老剂1.5~2份;渗透剂0.9~1份;稳定剂0.9~1份;去离子水适量在常温下不停搅拌混合,混搅拌总时间约130分钟,得到密炼好的分散剂。

天然胶乳100份;
噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;
秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;
乳化剂0.9~1份;
硫磺0.9~1份;
氧化锌0.9~1份;
防老剂1.5~2份;
渗透剂0.9~1份;
稳定剂0.9~1份;
去离子水   适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂,其特征在于:所述噻唑类促进剂为:一硫醇基苯并噻唑或二硫化二苯并噻唑;所述秋兰姆类促进剂为:一硫化四甲基秋兰姆或二硫化四甲基秋兰姆。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的单组份橡胶鞋围条分散剂的制备方法:其特征在于:包括下列步骤:称取原料天然胶乳100份后投入搅拌机中,再投入噻唑类促进剂0.1~5份;秋兰姆类促进剂0.05~2份;乳化剂0.9~1份;硫磺0.9~1份;氧化锌0.9~1份;防老剂1.5~2份;渗透剂0.9~1份;稳定剂0.9~1份;去离子水适量在常温下不停搅拌混合,混搅拌总时间约130分钟,得到密炼好的分散剂。
