Claims (8)
- フロント面の外周部分がベゼルに覆われている表示パネルに対して透明パネルを貼り合わせるためのディスプレイ製造装置であって、
前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記透明パネルとを接着するための光硬化型接着剤を、前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとに跨るように且つ前記ベゼルの内周端に沿うように吐出して他の部分に比べて低い低隆起部分を備えるダムを形成するディスペンサ装置と、
前記ダムを硬化させる光を出射する少なくとも1つの光照射装置と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置が、前記表示パネルのフロント面に対して鋭角な方向であって且つ前記フロント面と前記ベゼルとの隙間に侵入した光硬化型接着剤に光が到達する方向に、光を出射する、ディスプレイ製造装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置から出射された光の前記表示パネルのフロント面に写る光スポットの少なくとも一部が前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとの隙間に存在するように、前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置が配置されている、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置の光軸が前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとの隙間に進入するように、前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置が配置されている、請求項2に記載のディスプレイ製造装置。
- フロント面の外周部分がベゼルに覆われている表示パネルに対して透明パネルを貼り合わせるためのディスプレイ製造装置であって、
前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記透明パネルとを接着するための光硬化型接着剤を、前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとに跨るように且つ前記ベゼルの内周端に沿うように吐出してダムを形成するディスペンサ装置と、
前記ダムを硬化させる光を出射する少なくとも1つの光照射装置と、
前記表示パネルのフロント面に対して平行に且つ前記ベゼルの内周端に沿って前記表示パネルに対して相対移動する移動ヘッドと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置が、前記表示パネルのフロント面に対して鋭角な方向であって且つ前記フロント面と前記ベゼルとの隙間に侵入した光硬化型接着剤に光が到達する方向に、光を出射し、
前記移動ヘッドに前記ディスペンサ装置と前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置とが搭載されており、
前記ベゼルの内周端が矩形形状であって、
前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置は、2つの光照射装置からなり、
前記移動ヘッドが、前記2つの光照射装置を搭載するとともに、前記ディスペンサ装置における接着剤吐出口の中心を通過して且つ前記表示パネルのフロント面に対して垂直な旋回中心線を中心にして90度旋回可能に構成され、
前記2つの光照射装置が、前記移動ヘッドの旋回中心線を基準として180度回転対称に前記移動ヘッドに搭載されている、ディスプレイ製造装置。 - 前記移動ヘッドの移動速度が調節可能に構成されている、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ製造装置。
- 前記表示パネルのフロント面は、前記少なくとも1つの光照射装置の光軸と交わる交点を有し、前記移動ヘッドが、前記ディスペンサ装置の接着剤吐出口と前記交点との間に配置された遮光板を備える、請求項4または5に記載のディスプレイ製造装置。
- 前記ベゼルの内周端が矩形形状であって、
前記低隆起部分は、前記矩形形状の四隅に形成される、請求項1記載のディスプレイ製造装置。 - フロント面の外周部分がベゼルに覆われている表示パネルに対して透明パネルを貼り合わせるディスプレイ製造方法であって、
前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記透明パネルとを接着するための光硬化型接着剤を、前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとに跨るように且つ前記ベゼルの内周端に沿うようにディスペンサ装置から吐出して他の部分に比べて低い低隆起部分を備えるダムを形成し、
光照射装置からの光によってダムを硬化し、
前記光照射装置が、前記表示パネルのフロント面に対して鋭角な方向であって且つ前記表示パネルのフロント面と前記ベゼルとの隙間に侵入した光硬化型接着剤に光が到達する方向に、光を出射する、ディスプレイ製造方法。
