Description
Claims (4)
- 暗電流回路を収容するケースに対して、前記暗電流回路を導通接続する導通部品を保持する導通部品ホルダを、前記暗電流回路の接続端子に対する前記導通部品の挿抜方向に対して変位自在に組み付けて、前記導通部品が前記暗電流回路に接続される接続位置と、前記導通部品が前記暗電流回路から切断される切断位置に切り替え可能に保持できるようにしたロック機構を有しており、該ロック機構が前記導通部品ホルダに形成された弾性突片に設けられた係合部と、前記ケースに設けられて前記係合部が係合する被係合部とを含んで構成されている、暗電流回路の断続構造において、
前記導通部品が平板金具によって構成されている一方、
前記導通部品ホルダには、前記平板金具の板厚方向両側で前記平板金具との間に隙間を隔てて対向位置する一対の側壁においてそれぞれ前記平板金具と前記板厚方向両側で対向する位置に前記弾性突片と前記係合部が設けられていると共に、
前記ケースには、前記一対の側壁にそれぞれ対向する一対の壁部の内側に前記係合部が係合される被係合部が設けられており、
前記導通部品ホルダを前記ケースに取り付ける際に、前記係合部と前記被係合部が当接して前記弾性突片が相互に接近する方向に弾性変形されることにより、前記導通部品ホルダの前記ケースへの挿入が許容される一方、前記弾性突片の弾性復帰により前記係合部が前記被係合部に係合することにより前記ロック機構が構成されるようになっている
ことを特徴とする暗電流回路の断続構造。 - 前記係合部が第一係合部と第二係合部を含んでいる一方、前記被係合部が前記第一係合部が係合される第一被係合部と少なくとも一方の前記壁部の内側において前記第二係合部が係合される第二被係合部を含んでおり、
前記切断位置では、前記第一係合部が前記第一被係合部を乗り越えて弾性復帰した状態で前記第一被係合部の下面に係合することにより、前記導通部品ホルダの前記ケースからの抜け出しが阻止されると共に、前記第二係合部が前記第二被係合部に上方から載置されることにより前記導通部品ホルダが前記ケースに対して前記切断位置に位置決めされるようになっている一方、
前記接続位置では、前記第二係合部が前記第二被係合部を乗り越えて弾性復帰した状態で前記第二被係合部の下面に係合することにより、前記導通部品ホルダの前記接続位置からの上方への変位が阻止されるようになっている請求項1に記載の暗電流回路の断続構造。 - 前記導通部品ホルダの前記一対の側壁の少なくとも一方には、前記側壁の幅方向の中央部分に前記第一係合部が設けられている一方、前記幅方向において前記第一係合部の両側に前記第二係合部がそれぞれ設けられている請求項2に記載の暗電流回路の断続構造。
- 暗電流回路がケースに収容されてなる電気接続箱であって、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の暗電流回路の断続構造が前記ケースに組み付けられていることを特徴とする電気接続箱。
