Description
画素を備えた表示領域である第1領域と、非表示領域であり前記第1領域と隣接する第2領域及び第3領域とを有する第1基体と、前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界に位置する第1折り曲げ線と、前記第1領域と前記第3領域との境界に位置する第2折り曲げ線と、を備え、前記第1折り曲げ線は、第1方向に沿って延出し、前記第2折り曲げ線は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延出している、表示装置が提供される。
表示素子を備えた表示領域である第1領域と、前記第1領域と隣接する第2領域及び第3領域と、前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界に位置し、第1方向に沿って延出した第1折り曲げ線と、前記第1領域と前記第3領域との境界に位置し、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿った第2折り曲げ線と、前記第2領域に位置し、前記第1方向に沿って延出した第3折り曲げ線と、前記第3領域に位置し、前記第2方向に沿って延出した第4折り曲げ線と、を備え、前記第2領域は、前記第1折り曲げ線と前記第3折り曲げ線との間に位置する第1予備表示領域を有し、前記第3領域は、前記第2折り曲げ線と前記第4折り曲げ線との間に位置する第2予備表示領域を有している、表示装置が提供される。
図5は、表示パネルPNLの第1変形例を示す展開図である。第1変形例は、表示パネルPNLが折り曲げ線FL1、FL2、FL3、及びFL4に加え、折り曲げ線FL5、FL6、FL7、及びFL8を備える点で、図2に示す例と相違している。
図8は、表示パネルPNLの第2変形例を示す展開図である。第2変形例は、端部E2d及びE2eが第2方向Yに沿って延出し、端部E3d及びE3eが第1方向Xに沿って延出している点で、第1変形例と相違している。
図10は、表示パネルPNLの第3変形例を示す展開図である。第3変形例は、表示パネルPNLが実装部MT1に加え、実装部MT2及びMT3を有している点で、第2変形例と相違している。実装部MT2及びMT3は、実装部MT1と同様に、複数の端子TEを備えている。
図12は、表示パネルPNLの第4変形例を示す展開図である。第4変形例は、領域A2、A3、A4、及びA5が予備表示領域B2、B3、B4、B5を有している点で、第2変形例と相違している。
図13は、表示パネルPNLの第5変形例を示す展開図である。第5変形例は、表示パネルPNLが矩形状である点で、図2に示す例と相違している。
図16は、表示パネルPNLの第6変形例を示す展開図である。第6変形例は、領域A2乃至A9に複数の折り曲げ線が位置している点で、第5変形例と相違している。
図18は、表示パネルPNLの第7変形例を示す展開図である。図18は、領域A6を拡大して示している。第7変形例は、表示パネルPNLが開口OPを有している点で、第6変形例と相違している。
図19は、表示パネルPNLの第8変形例を示す展開図である。第8変形例は、シールSEと配線WL1及びWL2とが領域A1に位置していない点で、第5変形例と相違している。
図22は、表示パネルPNLの第9変形例を示す断面図である。第9変形例は、表示パネルPNLが表示素子として有機EL素子を備えている点で、図3に示す例と相違している。
Claims (15)
- 表示素子を備えた表示領域である第1領域と、非表示領域であり前記第1領域と隣接する第2領域及び第3領域とを有する第1基体と、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界に位置する第1折り曲げ線と、
前記第1領域と前記第3領域との境界に位置する第2折り曲げ線と、
を備え、
前記第1折り曲げ線は、第1方向に沿って延出し、
前記第2折り曲げ線は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延出し、
前記第1基体は、前記第2領域と前記第3領域とに隣接する第4領域と、前記第1折り曲げ線と前記第2折り曲げ線との交点に位置する開口とを有している、表示装置。 - 表示素子を備えた表示領域である第1領域と、非表示領域であり前記第1領域と隣接する第2領域及び第3領域とを有する第1基体と、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界に位置する第1折り曲げ線と、
前記第1領域と前記第3領域との境界に位置する第2折り曲げ線と、
を備え、
前記第1折り曲げ線は、第1方向に沿って延出し、
前記第2折り曲げ線は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延出し、
前記表示素子と電気的に接続された第1配線をさらに備え、
前記第1基体は、前記第2領域と前記第3領域とに隣接する第4領域を有し、
前記第1配線は、前記第2領域から前記第1領域を通って前記第3領域まで延伸し、前記第4領域に配置されていない、表示装置。 - 表示素子を備えた表示領域である第1領域と、非表示領域であり前記第1領域と隣接する第2領域及び第3領域とを有する第1基体と、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界に位置する第1折り曲げ線と、
前記第1領域と前記第3領域との境界に位置する第2折り曲げ線と、
を備え、
前記第1折り曲げ線は、第1方向に沿って延出し、
前記第2折り曲げ線は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延出し、
前記表示素子と電気的に接続された第1配線をさらに備え、
前記第1基体は、前記第2領域と前記第3領域とに隣接する第4領域を有し、
前記第1配線は、前記第4領域を通っている、表示装置。 - 前記表示素子を駆動する第1ドライバ及び第2ドライバをさらに備え、
前記第1ドライバは、前記第2領域に位置し、
前記第2ドライバは、前記第3領域に位置している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2領域に位置し、前記第1方向に沿って延出した第3折り曲げ線と、
前記第3領域に位置し、前記第2方向に沿って延出した第4折り曲げ線と、
をさらに備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2領域は、前記第1領域と反対側の第1端部を有し、
前記第3領域は、前記第1領域と反対側の第2端部を有し、
前記第1端部と前記第2端部とは、前記第1領域の直下に位置している、請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1端部と前記第2端部とは、重なっていない、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示素子を駆動する第1ドライバ及び第2ドライバをさらに備え、
前記第1ドライバは、前記第3折り曲げ線と前記第1端部との間に位置し、
前記第2ドライバは、前記第4折り曲げ線と前記第2端部との間に位置している、請求項6又は7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1ドライバと電気的に接続された端子を含む第1実装部と、
前記第2ドライバと電気的に接続された端子を含む第2実装部と、
をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2領域は、前記第1方向において前記第2折り曲げ線を越えず、
前記第3領域は、前記第2方向において前記第1折り曲げ線を超えない、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2領域、前記第1領域、及び前記第3領域を通る枠体をさらに備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 少なくとも前記第4領域に位置する第1有機絶縁層及び第2有機絶縁層をさらに備え、
前記第1配線は、前記第4領域において前記第1有機絶縁層と前記第2有機絶縁層との間に位置している、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第4領域に形成された第2配線と、
前記第4領域に形成され、前記第2配線と電位が異なる第3配線と、
前記第4領域に位置する第5折り曲げ線をさらに備え、
前記第2配線と前記第3配線とは、前記第5折り曲げ線と重なる領域において重なっていない、請求項3又は12に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1領域を囲み、前記第2領域、前記第3領域、及び前記第4領域を通る枠体をさらに備える、請求項3、12、13のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1折り曲げ線及び前記第2折り曲げ線は、山折りの折り曲げ線である、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
