Description

本明細書で使用するとき、用語「流」、「原料」、「生成物」、「部」又は「部分」は、直鎖、分枝鎖、又は環状アルカン、アルケン、アルカジエン、及びアルキンなどの様々な炭化水素分子、並びに任意に他の物質、例えば、水素などの気体、又は、重金属などの不純物、並びに硫黄及び窒素化合物を含んでもよい。上記のそれぞれは、芳香族及び非芳香族炭化水素も含み得る。

Claims (3)
- MCM−22から選択されるゼオライトを含む触媒組成物の存在下で、約260℃〜400℃の最高温度、約300kPa〜3000kPaの圧力を含むアルキル化条件下で操作されるメチル化ゾーン内で、酸素化物をトルエン及び/又はベンゼンを含む芳香族原料と反応させ、キシレン異性体を含む生成物流を提供することを含み、生成物流のキシレンに対するパラキシレンの比はキシレンに対するパラキシレンの平衡比より大きい、キシレン異性体を生成するためのプロセス。
- ゼオライトMCM−22を含む触媒組成物の存在下で、約260℃〜約320℃の温度、約300kPa〜3000kPaの圧力を含むトルエンメチル化条件下で操作されるトルエンメチル化ゾーン内で、トルエン流及びメタノール流を反応させ、パラキシレンを含む生成物流を生成することを含み、生成物流のキシレンに対するパラキシレンの比はキシレンに対するパラキシレンの平衡比より大きい、パラキシレンを生成するためのプロセス。
- ゼオライトMCM−22を含む触媒組成物の存在下で、約260℃〜約400℃の温度、約140kPa〜6,000kPaの圧力、0.5〜4時間−1の単位時間当たり重量空間速度、及び1:1〜6:1のトルエン対メタノールモル比を含むトルエンメチル化条件下で操作されるトルエンメチル化ゾーン内で、トルエン流及びメタノール流を反応させ、パラキシレンを含む生成物流を生成して生成することを含み、生成物流のキシレンに対するパラキシレンの比はキシレンに対するパラキシレンの平衡比より大きい、パラキシレンを生成するためのプロセス。
