Claims (9)
- 天然心臓弁を置換するためのシステムであって、
らせん形状を有する複数の巻き線によって形成されたアンカーであって、心臓弁プロテーゼを支持するように構成されており、前記巻き線の少なくとも1つが、通常は第1の直径であり、前記アンカー内から径方向に外方への力を印加した場合により大きな第2の直径へと拡張可能である、アンカーと、
前記アンカー内に送達され、前記複数の巻き線の内部で拡張されて前記少なくとも1つの巻き線と係合状態になり、前記アンカー及び前記心臓弁プロテーゼを共に固定しつつ、前記第1の直径からより大きな前記第2の直径に前記少なくとも1つの巻き線を動かすことが可能な、拡張可能な心臓弁プロテーゼと、

前記心臓弁プロテーゼは、開口を備える薄い金属材料から構成された拡張可能構造体をさらに備え、前記心臓弁プロテーゼが前記複数のコイルの内部で拡張されると、前記複数の圧縮可能セグメントは、前記開口が前記複数の圧縮可能セグメントに対して埋め込まれた状態になるように、且つ前記拡張可能構造体が前記アンカーと係合するように前記開口に進入する、システム。 - 前記アンカーの少なくとも2つの隣り合うコイルは、離間され、前記隣り合うコイルは、前記心臓弁プロテーゼが前記少なくとも1つのコイルと係合した後で前記心臓弁プロテーゼがさらに拡張されると、相互に向かって移動する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧縮可能要素は、弾性要素をさらに備える、請求項1又は4に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧縮可能要素は、前記弾性要素の上に配置された繊維材料を備えるコーティングを備え、前記弾性要素は発泡材料を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧縮可能要素は、前記弾性要素の上に配置された繊維材料を備えるコーティングを備え、前記弾性要素はポリマー材料を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記アンカーの前記複数のコイルは、相互に交差する少なくとも2つのコイルを備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
