Claims (11)
- 天然心臓弁内で心臓弁プロテーゼをドッキングするためのシステムであって、
複数のコイルとして形成されたらせん状アンカーであって、コイル部分が前記天然心臓弁の心臓弁弁輪の上方および下方に位置決めされた状態で心臓弁プロテーゼを支持するように構成されたらせん状アンカーと、
前記らせん状アンカーに沿って延在し、前記らせん状アンカーを通ると共に前記心臓弁プロテーゼを通過する血液漏れを防止するための隣り合うコイル間に延在するように構成された部分を備えるシール構造と、
を備え、
前記シール構造は、形状記憶材料から形成された支持要素であって、シールを形成するための繊維によって覆われた支持要素を備え、
前記支持要素は、ジグザグ形状または正弦波形状を有し、且つ前記シール構造が送達カテーテルから押し出された場合に前記シール構造を開くように前記繊維全体に取り付けられ、
前記らせん状アンカーの上部コイル部分が前記繊維に取り付けられ、
前記シール構造は、送達のために圧縮されるように構成され、且つ前記シール構造が前記送達カテーテルから押し出される場合に前記支持要素によって、圧縮された前記シール構造が開かれるように構成されており、
位置決めされた複数のコイル及び開いたシール構造の内部に前記心臓弁プロテーゼが送達されて拡張され、前記らせん状アンカー及び前記心臓弁プロテーゼの両方に前記シール構造が係合されて、前記複数のコイル及び前記シール構造によって前記心臓弁プロテーゼが天然心臓弁とドッキングされる、システム。 - 前記シール構造は、前記らせん状アンカーの中心軸の方向に重畳するシール部分を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のコイルの少なくとも1つが、通常は第1の直径であり、前記らせん状アンカー内から径方向に外方への力を印加した場合により大きな第2の直径へと拡張可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のコイルは、通常は、少なくとも1つのコイルの第1の直径よりも大きな第3の直径であるコイルであって、前記心臓弁プロテーゼが前記複数のコイルの内部で拡張されると、より大きな第3の直径からより小さな直径に動くように構成されるコイルを備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記らせん状アンカーの少なくとも2つの隣り合うコイルは、離間され、前記隣り合うコイルは、前記心臓弁プロテーゼが前記複数のコイルの内部で拡張されると、相互に向かって移動する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール構造は、略円形の断面形状又は長円形の断面形状を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持要素は、ニチノールから形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持要素は、コイルである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール構造は、前記天然心臓弁の心臓弁弁輪の上方および下方に位置決めされたコイル部分において位置決めされる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール構造は、前記らせん状アンカーの少なくとも2つの隣り合うコイルの間の空間をシールするために、こけら板効果を生み出すように構成される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 患者の前記天然心臓弁位置まで送達され、前記複数のコイルの内部でおよび前記天然心臓弁の弁葉と係合状態に拡張されることが可能な心臓弁プロテーゼであって、前記シール構造は、前記らせん状アンカーおよび前記心臓弁プロテーゼの両方に係合されるように構成される、心臓弁プロテーゼ
をさらに備える、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
