Description
記録媒体の表面に接触しながら回転することにより、前記格納部に記録媒体を搬送するための搬送部材と、
前記搬送部材を回転駆動するための駆動源と、
前記搬送部材が取り付けられている回転軸に接続されるとともに前記駆動源により駆動されて回転する半月形状となっており、中心軸から外れた箇所がバネにより付勢されることにより、前記駆動源による駆動力が前記搬送部材に加えられていない場合、前記搬送部材の停止位置を予め設定された位置に規定する停止位置規定手段とを備え、
前記搬送部材が、記録媒体に接触する羽根部と、前記羽根部の記録媒体に接触しない側の強度を補強するための補強部とから構成されるとともに、前記停止位置規定手段により規定された停止位置に停止した場合、通過する記録媒体と前記羽根部とが接触せずに記録媒体を前記格納部側に搬送することなく通過させるような構造となっている後処理装置である。
上記実施形態では、プリンタ上に設置するような構成の後処理装置に対して本発明を適用した場合を用いて説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、印刷が行われた後の用紙に対する後処理を実行するどのような構造の後処理装置に対しても本発明を同様に適用することができるものである。

Claims (6)
- 後処理を行うために複数の記録媒体を格納する格納部と、
記録媒体の表面に接触しながら回転することにより、前記格納部に記録媒体を搬送するための搬送部材と、
前記搬送部材を回転駆動するための駆動源と、
前記搬送部材が取り付けられている回転軸に接続されるとともに前記駆動源により駆動されて回転する半月形状となっており、中心軸から外れた箇所がバネにより付勢されることにより、前記駆動源による駆動力が前記搬送部材に加えられていない場合、前記搬送部材の停止位置を予め設定された位置に規定する停止位置規定手段とを備え、
前記搬送部材が、記録媒体に接触する羽根部と、前記羽根部の記録媒体に接触しない側の強度を補強するための補強部とから構成されるとともに、前記停止位置規定手段により規定された停止位置に停止した場合、通過する記録媒体と前記羽根部とが接触せずに記録媒体を前記格納部側に搬送することなく通過させるような構造となっている
後処理装置。 - 前記搬送部材は、前記格納部に記録媒体を搬送する場合と、記録媒体を前記格納部側に搬送させることなく通過させる場合とで、回転中心位置が鉛直方向に移動しない構造となっている請求項1記載の後処理装置。
- 前記羽根部が弾性部材により構成され、前記補強部が樹脂部材により構成された請求項1又は2記載の後処理装置。
- 前記弾性部材が、弾性限界が高く弾性率が低い材料である弾性ゴムにより構成されている請求項3記載の後処理装置。
- 前記搬送部材が、回転駆動される回転軸に脱着可能に構成されている請求項3又は4記載の後処理装置。
- 前記羽根部および前記補強部が同じ弾性部材により一体成型されて構成された請求項1又は2記載の後処理装置。
