Claims (7)
- 膜電極ガス拡散層接合体と、
前記膜電極ガス拡散層接合体の一方側に配置されたセパレータと、
前記膜電極ガス拡散層接合体を支持し、前記セパレータに接合された枠部材と、を備え、
前記枠部材は、
基材層と、
熱可塑性を有し、前記基材層よりも線膨張係数が大きく、前記基材層と前記セパレータとを接着した接着層と、
前記接着層とは反対側の前記基材層上に設けられ、前記基材層よりも線膨張係数が大きく、接着成分を含有しない被膜層と、を有している、燃料電池。 - 前記被膜層は、前記接着層よりも線膨張係数が小さく、
前記被膜層は、前記接着層よりも厚い、請求項1の燃料電池。 - 前記被膜層は、前記接着層よりも線膨張係数が大きく、
前記被膜層は、前記接着層よりも薄い、請求項1の燃料電池。 - 前記被膜層上にガスケットが設けられている、請求項1乃至3の何れかの燃料電池。
- 前記セパレータに接合された他のセパレータを備えた、請求項1乃至4の何れかの燃料電池。
- 前記接着層は、ポリオレフィンの少なくとも一つに官能基を有した変性ポリオレフィンである、請求項1乃至5の何れかの燃料電池。
- 前記接着層は、無水マレイン酸を含む酸無水物、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸を含むカルボン酸、ビニルアルコール、エチルヘキシルアクリレートを含むアルコール類、シランカップリング剤、エポキシ樹脂、ウレタン樹脂に含まれる群のうちいずれかまたはこれらの組み合わせを配合することにより、前記ポリオレフィンの少なくとも一つに官能基を有した前記変性ポリオレフィンである、請求項6の燃料電池。
