Claims (6)
- トレッド部を形成するためのセクターモールドと、この内径側に位置しておりサイドウォール部を形成するための上下一対のサイドプレートとを備え、これらが径方向に対向する嵌合面を介して互いに嵌合可能に構成されたタイヤ加硫金型であって、
前記セクターモールド及び前記サイドプレートの少なくともいずれか一方は、
それぞれの前記嵌合面からタイヤ径方向に延びており、タイヤ幅方向外側へ凹となる、凹部と、
前記凹部の縁部及び/又は隅部に沿ってタイヤ径方向に延びており、前記嵌合面に連通する、溝状のソーカット溝と
を有しており、
前記ソーカット溝は、溝深さが前記嵌合面においてゼロになるように前記嵌合面に向かって漸減するように形成されている、タイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記ソーカット溝は、前記サイドプレートに形成されている、
請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記ソーカット溝は、溝底面が段部又は角部を介することなく前記嵌合面に延びている、
請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記ソーカット溝は、溝幅が0.3mm以上1.0mm以下である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記ソーカット溝は、溝深さが0.3mm以上1.0mm以下である、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - トレッド部とサイドウォール部との間の型割り線から又は該型割り線に跨がってタイヤ径方向に延びる、タイヤ幅方向外側に突出した突部と、
前記突部の先端側角部及び/又は基端側縁部に沿って延びて前記型割り線に接続される、タイヤ幅方向外側へ凸となる凸条と
を有しており、
前記凸条は、タイヤ幅方向外側への突出量が前記型割り線においてゼロになるように前記型割り線に向かって漸減している、空気入りタイヤ。
