Claims (7)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャー(1)であって、
コンプレッサロータ(2)が、シャフト(10)の第一の端(10A)に配置されたコンプレッサハウジング(9)と、
タービンロータ(6)が、前記シャフト(10)の第二の端(10B)に配置されたタービンハウジング(5)と、
前記コンプレッサハウジング(9)と前記タービンハウジング(5)の間に配置され、かつ前記両者と連結され、前記シャフト(10)用のベアリング装置(7)を有するベアリングハウジング(8)、とを含み、
前記ベアリング装置(7)が、異方的ラジアル滑りベアリング装置として設計され、
前記ベアリング装置が少なくとも一つの異方性に設計されたベアリングブッシュ(15,19,31)を有し、
前記ベアリングブッシュ(19)が不均一な環状の溝(20)を有し、又は、前記ベアリングブッシュ(15)がその中心点(M15)に対してV幅分だけ偏心した環状の溝(17)を有する、排気ガスターボチャージャー。 - 前記ベアリングブッシュ(31)が少なくとも一つの鋭角の尖端部(35−38)を備える環状の溝(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 互いに同じ角距離に位置する、4つの前記尖端部(35−38)が備わった、請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 請求項2または3に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャーで、ひとつまたは複数の溝(35−38)は、それぞれ前記環状の溝(32)の接線(40)から外周(39)と、前記外周(39)のもどりライン(42)とから構成されており、前記もどりライン(42)が前記接線(40)に対し鋭角(α)をなすことを特徴とする、排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 前記ベアリング装置(7)が異方性に設計されたベアリングハウジング(8)を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 前記環状溝は円周を横切った挿入深さの変更を有する、請求項1記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 請求項2〜請求項6のいずれか一つに記載の異方性に設計されたベアリングブッシュ(15,19,31)。
