Description
Claims (6)
- シャフトが挿通される貫通孔が開口するスラスト軸受面と、
前記貫通孔の内周面に形成されたラジアル軸受面と、
前記スラスト軸受面に設けられ、前記シャフトの回転方向に離隔して形成された複数のランド部と、
前記スラスト軸受面のうち、複数の前記ランド部の間に形成され、前記シャフトの挿通方向の突出高さが、前記回転方向の前方側に向って高くなるテーパ部と、
前記テーパ部に設けられ、前記貫通孔から、前記テーパ部の外周端より径方向内側まで延在するスラスト溝と、
前記シャフトと、前記ラジアル軸受面との間に形成されるラジアル軸受隙間と、
前記スラスト軸受面と前記挿通方向に対向する被スラスト軸受面と、前記スラスト軸受面との間に形成され、前記ラジアル軸受隙間の流路断面積よりも大きい流路断面積を有するスラスト軸受隙間と、
を備える軸受構造。 - 前記スラスト溝は、前記テーパ部における前記回転方向の幅中心よりも、前記回転方向の後方側に位置する請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記テーパ部に対して前記回転方向の後方側の前記ランド部と、前記スラスト溝との前記回転方向の距離は、前記スラスト溝の前記回転方向の幅よりも短い請求項2に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記スラスト溝は、径方向外側に向って先細り形状である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記スラスト溝から連続して前記ラジアル軸受面に形成され、前記回転方向の幅が、前記スラスト溝の前記回転方向の最大幅よりも小さいラジアル溝を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備える過給機。
