Claims (12)
- 容器と、マンドレルと、少なくとも1つのセパレータ材料シートと、2以上の別個の電極と、を備えるエネルギー蓄積デバイスであって、
前記容器が、内面を備え、
前記マンドレルが、マンドレル面を備え、前記容器内に位置付けられ、それにより、前記マンドレル面が、前記内面から間隔をあけており、前記容器内にセルキャビティを画成し、
前記容器が、前記キャビティ、前記マンドレル面及び前記内面を通過するパッケージ軸を有し、
前記マンドレルが、前記パッケージ軸の方向で収縮可能であり、少なくとも1つの前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記キャビティ内に配設されて前記パッケージ軸に沿って複数のセパレータ層を設け、電極が設けられて前記セパレータ層それぞれ間にある空間を占めることを特徴とするエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 - 当該エネルギー蓄積デバイスが、2以上の別個の陽極と、2以上の別個の陰極と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記マンドレル面が、湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記マンドレルが、第2マンドレル面を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記第2マンドレル面が、同様に湾曲しており、それにより、前記マンドレルの横断面形状が、楕円状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記マンドレルの周囲に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記内面が、湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記容器が、前記内面の反対側に配置された第2内面を備え、
前記パッケージ軸が、前記内面から前記第2内面まで前記容器を通過し、
前記マンドレルが、前記パッケージ軸に沿って位置付けられ、第2キャビティを設け、
少なくとも1つの前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記第2キャビティ内に配設され、前記パッケージ軸に沿って複数の第2セパレータ層を設け、1以上の電極が、前記第2セパレータ層間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 - 前記内面及び/または前記第2内面が、凹面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記マンドレルが、前記パッケージ軸に沿って中心に位置付けられており、それにより、前記セパレータ層及び前記第2セパレータ層が、前記マンドレルの回りに対称に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記キャビティそれぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記キャビティそれぞれが、複数の前記セパレータ材料シートを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
