Description
磁性粒子を含む複合磁性材料およびコイルを含むコイル部品であって、
前記磁性粒子は平均短軸長が5.0nm超50nm以下、平均アスペクト比が2.0以上10.0以下の形状を有し、
前記磁性粒子は、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直方向に配向しており、かつ、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直な面内ではランダム配向であり、
前記複合磁性材料の飽和磁化σsが80.0emu/g以上である。
磁性粒子を含む複合磁性材料およびコイルを含むコイル領域と、誘電体層を含むコンデンサ領域と、を含むLC複合部品であって、
前記磁性粒子は平均短軸長が5.0nm超50nm以下、平均アスペクト比が2.0以上10.0以下の形状を有し、
前記磁性粒子は、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直方向に配向しており、かつ、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直な面内ではランダム配向であり、
前記複合磁性材料の飽和磁化σsが80.0emu/g以上である。
図1および図2に示すように、本発明の一実施形態に係る積層型インダクタ2は、コア部4、コイル6および端子電極8を有する。コイル6はコア部4の内部において3次元的かつ螺旋状に形成されている導体6aおよび端子電極8と接続するリード部6bからなる。導体6aおよびリード部6bの構成には特に制限はない。例えば、導線と、必要に応じて導線の外周を被覆してある絶縁被覆層とで構成してある。
以下、第2実施形態について説明するが、特に記載の無い事項については第1実施形態と共通である。

Claims (8)
- 磁性粒子を含む複合磁性材料およびコイルを含むコイル部品であって、
前記磁性粒子は平均短軸長が5.0nm超50nm以下、平均アスペクト比が2.0以上10.0以下の形状を有し、
前記磁性粒子は、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直方向に配向しており、かつ、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直な面内ではランダム配向であり、
前記複合磁性材料の飽和磁化σsが80.0emu/g以上であることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記複合磁性材料が前記磁性粒子および結合剤を含む請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粒子がFeおよび/またはCoを含む請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複合磁性材料が前記磁性粒子を被覆する酸素含有層を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 磁性粒子を含む複合磁性材料およびコイルを含むコイル領域と、誘電体層を含むコンデンサ領域と、を含むLC複合部品であって、
前記磁性粒子は平均短軸長が5.0nm超50nm以下、平均アスペクト比が2.0以上10.0以下の形状を有し、
前記磁性粒子は、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直方向に配向しており、かつ、前記コイルの中心軸に対して垂直な面内ではランダム配向であり、
前記複合磁性材料の飽和磁化σsが80.0emu/g以上であることを特徴とするLC複合部品。 - 前記複合磁性材料が前記磁性粒子および結合剤を含む請求項5に記載のLC複合部品。
- 前記磁性粒子がFeおよび/またはCoを含む請求項5または6に記載のLC複合部品。
- 前記複合磁性材料が前記磁性粒子を被覆する酸素含有層を含む請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載のLC複合部品。
