Description
本発明の一実施形態によるコイル部品用合金粉末は、非晶質のFe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末を含む。特に、本発明の一実施形態によるコイル部品用合金粉末は、Crの含量が1〜1.5at%である。
図7は本発明の他の実施形態によるコイル部品100の断面図を概略的に示した図である。

Claims (8)
- 非晶質のFe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末を含み、
前記Crの含量が1〜1.5at%であり、
前記Siの含量が4〜8at%であり、
前記Bの含量が12〜14at%であり、
前記Cの含量が0.15〜1.0at%であり、
前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末の表面にCrO x 層が配置され、
前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末をコーティングするリン酸塩系コーティング体をさらに含む、コイル部品用合金粉末。 - 前記Feの含量が77〜81at%である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品用合金粉末。
- 前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末の粒度(D50)が22.5〜27.5μmである、請求項1または請求項2に記載のコイル部品用合金粉末。
- 前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末は、Fe81Si4.1B12.9C1Cr1またはFe79Si4B14.4C1Cr1.5である、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品用合金粉末。
- 少なくともコイル部品用合金粉末から形成された本体と、
前記本体の内側に配置され、両端部が前記本体の外側に露出するコイルと、
前記本体の外側に配置され、前記コイルの端部とそれぞれ連結される外部電極と、含み、
前記コイル部品用合金粉末は、非晶質のFe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末を含み、前記Crの含量が1〜1.5at%であり、前記Siの含量が4〜8at%であり、前記Bの含量が12〜14at%であり、前記Cの含量が0.15〜1.0at%であり、
前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末の表面にCrO x 層が配置され、
前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末をコーティングするリン酸塩系コーティング体をさらに含む、コイル部品。 - 前記本体に含まれる前記Feの含量が77〜81at%である、請求項5に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末の粒度(D50)が22.5〜27.5μmである、請求項5または請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記Fe‐Si‐B‐C‐Cr粉末は、Fe81Si4.1B12.9C1Cr1またはFe79Si4B14.4C1Cr1.5である、請求項5から請求項7の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
