Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1本の撚り線を接続するための接触子スリーブであって、
前記撚り線に対して平行な中心線(14)に沿って延びて、少なくとも1本の撚り線の外皮剥離端部を挿入するための受容領域と、それぞれ互いに向き合わされて折り曲げた状態で前記外皮剥離端部を締め付ける二つの圧着片(15a、15b)と、を備え、該二つの圧着片(15a、15b)は該二つの圧着片上で中心線に向かって矢印状に延びる複数の溝(13)を有する接触子スリーブにおいて、
前記複数の溝(13)は、それぞれ中心線を起点として、連続的に減少する傾きで湾曲しながら外方に延びることを特徴とする接触子スリーブ。 - 前記複数の溝(13)は、前記中心線(14)を起点として、前記二つの圧着片(15a、15b)の端部から所定の距離まで前記二つの圧着片(15a、15b)上を延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接触子スリーブ。
- 前記中心線(14)上での前記複数の溝(13)の接線の傾きは、前記中心線(14)に対して凡そ83±2°の角度(αS)を有し、前記複数の溝(13)の端部において88±1°の角度(αE)まで減少することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接触子スリーブ。
- 前記複数の溝(13)は前記中心線(14)に対して対称的に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の接触子スリーブ。
- 前記複数の溝(13)は、前記撚り線の方に向けられた前記受容領域及び前記二つの圧着片(15a、15b)の側に配置された溝状のへこみであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の接触子スリーブ。
