Claims (3)
- 電線の複数の素線からなる芯線を加締め圧着する芯線圧着部を有する圧着端子であって、
前記芯線圧着部は、前記芯線の軸方向の中央に位置する中央部の高さを高く、中央部の両側に位置する両側部の高さを低く加締められたことを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項1記載の圧着端子であって、
前記芯線は、アルミ製であることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 加締溝を有し、前記加締め溝に沿って芯線圧着部を塑性変形して、電線の複数の素線からなる芯線を前記芯線圧着部に加締め圧着する圧着端子の加締治具であって、
前記芯線圧着部の中央部を加締める加締溝と、前記芯線圧着部の中央部の両側に位置する両側部を加締める加締溝とを有し、
前記芯線圧着部の中央部を加締める加締溝の高さ位置は、前記芯線圧着部の中央部の両側に位置する両側部を加締める加締溝の高さ位置より高く設定されことを特徴とする圧着端子の加締治具。
