Abstract

본 발명은 전선 단자 커넥터에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터는, 전선의 말단에서 노출된 도체를 둘러싸 압착되고, 상기 도체와 접하는 부분에 복수의 홈이 형성된 클램핑부(clamping portion); 및 상기 전선의 피복을 감싸는 그립부를 포함한다.

전선 단자 커넥터{Wire terminal connector}
본 발명은 전선 단자 커넥터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전선과의 결합력을 증가시키고, 접속력을 증가시킨 전선 단자 커넥터에 관한 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 알루미늄 전선을 압착하는 단자의 압착력을 향상시키는 것이다.
둘째, 알루미늄 전선과 단자의 접속력을 향상시켜 차량 중량을 절감하는 것이다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 알루미늄 전선을 압착하는 단자의 압착력을 향상시키는 것이다.
둘째, 알루미늄 전선과 단자의 접속력을 향상시켜 차량 중량을 절감하는 것이다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터는, 전선의 말단에서 노출된 도체를 둘러싸 압착되고, 상기 도체와 접하는 부분에 복수의 홈이 형성된 클램핑부(clamping portion); 및 상기 전선의 피복을 감싸는 그립부를 포함한다.
기타 실시 예들의 구체적인 사항들은 상세한 설명 및 도면들에 포함되어 있다.
본 발명에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 알루미늄 전선을 압착하는 단자의 압착력이 향상된다.
둘째, 알루미늄 전선과 단자의 접속력을 향상시켜 차량 중량을 절감할 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과들은 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시 예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다.
그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시 예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시 예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다. 명세서 전체에 걸쳐 동일 참조 부호는 동일 구성 요소를 지칭한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예들에 의하여 전선 단자 커넥터(5)를 설명하기 위한 도면들을 참고하여 본 발명에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터(5)가 전선을 고정하기 전의 사시도이다. 도2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터(5)의 사시도이다.
도1내지 도2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터(5)는, 전선의 말단에서 노출된 도체(1)를 둘러싸 압착되고, 도체(1)와 접하는 부분에 복수의 홈(11)이 형성된 클램핑부(10)(clamping portion); 및 전선의 피복(3)을 감싸는 그립부(20)를 포함한다.
피복(3)은 탄성을 지닌 재질이므로 그립부(20)의 변형에 대응하여 피복(3)도 변형된다. 따라서 그립부(20)는 피복(3)을 강하게 고정할 수 있다.
도3a 및 도3b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 클램핑부(10)의 평면도이다.
도3a를 참조하면, 복수의 홈(11)은, 전선의 연장 방향과 수직한 방향으로 길게 형성된 수직홈(13)을 포함한다.
복수의 홈(11)은, 수직홈(13)과 교차되게 형성된 교차홈(15)을 포함한다. 또한, 교차홈(15)은 수직홈(13)과 75도 각도로 교차된 제1교차홈(16)을 포함한다.
한편, 교차홈(15)은 도3b에 도시된 바와 같이, 수직홈(13)과 90도 각도로 교차된 제2교차홈(17)을 포함할 수도 있다. 제2교차홈(17)이 형성됨으로써, 압착 시 제2교차홈(17)이 형성되지 않을 때 보다, 전선을 고정하는 그립력이 증가된다.
제1교차홈(16)은, 제2교차홈(17)을 중심으로 좌우로 각각 형성된다. 각각의 제1교차홈(16) 및 수직홈(13)은 서로 연결되어 사다리꼴의 일변을 이룬다.
도4는 도3의 A-A 단면도 및 그 확대도이다.
도4를 참조하면, 클램핑부(10)는, 수직홈(13)을 형성하고, 도체(1)의 단부 방향의 측벽인 외측벽부(18); 및 수직홈(13)을 형성하고, 외측벽부(18)와 마주보며, 피복(3) 방향의 측벽인 내측벽부(19)를 포함하고, 외측벽부(18)는 경사지게 형성된다.
외측벽부(18)는, 110도의 경사각을 이루며 도체(1)의 단부를 향해 기울어진다. 내측벽부(19)는 90도 각도로 세워진다.
복수의 홈(11) 중 제1교차홈(16)에 75도 각도를 부여하여 압착 시 전선을 보다 효과적으로 애워쌀수 있다. 도체(1)의 고착력을 증대 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 전선의 압착력이 증대되므로 전기적 접속성이 향상된다.
외측벽부(18)는 110도의 각도를 가지고 기울어져 있다. 클램핑부(10)가 전선의 도체(1)에 압착될 경우, 도체(1)는 클램핑부(10)에 대해 압박되어 도체(1)의 연장 방향으로 소성변형된다. 이 때, 도체(1)의 표면에 형성된 산화층이 클램핑부(10)에 형성된 외측벽부(18)에 대해 닿게 되어 도체(1)에서 박리된다. 그리고, 도체(1)의 표면이 드러나서 클램핑부(10)와 접촉하게 된다. 따라서, 도체(1)와 단자 커넥터 간의 접촉 저항이 감소한다. 즉, 본 발명에 의한 전선 단자 커넥터(5)는 알루미늄 전선의 도체(1)에 생기는 산화피막을 최대한 파괴할 수 있어 저항을 감소시키고 전기적 접속성을 증가시킨다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 이러한 변형실시들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 전망으로부터 개별적으로 이해되어서는 안 될 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 전선의 말단에서 노출된 도체를 둘러싸 압착되고, 상기 도체와 접하는 부분에 복수의 홈이 형성된 클램핑부(clamping portion); 및
    상기 전선의 피복을 감싸는 그립부를 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 홈은,
    상기 전선의 연장 방향과 수직한 방향으로 길게 형성된 수직홈과,
    상기 수직홈과 교차되게 형성된 교차홈을 포함하는 전선 단자 커넥터.

    상기 교차홈은 상기 수직홈과 75도 각도로 교차된 제1교차홈을 포함하는 전선 단자 커넥터.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 교차홈은 상기 수직홈과 90도 각도로 교차된 제2교차홈을 포함하는 전선 단자 커넥터.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1교차홈은 상기 제2교차홈을 중심으로 좌우로 각각 형성된 전선 단자 커넥터.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 각각의 제1교차홈 및 상기 수직홈은 서로 연결되어 사다리꼴의 일변을 이루는 전선 단자 커넥터.
  8. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 클램핑부는,
    상기 수직홈을 형성하고, 상기 도체의 단부 방향의 측벽인 외측벽부; 및
    상기 수직홈을 형성하고, 상기 외측벽부와 마주보며, 상기 피복 방향의 측벽인 내측벽부를 포함하고,
    상기 외측벽부는 경사지게 형성된 전선 단자 커넥터.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 외측벽부는, 110도의 경사각을 이루며 상기 도체의 단부를 향해 기울어진 전선 단자 커넥터.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 내측벽부는 90도 각도로 세워진 전선 단자 커넥터.
