Claims (3)
- 複数の芯線からなる電線の導体を被接続部に接続させる電線の接続方法であって、
前記導体の端部付近の被覆部と前記被接続部との間の外周部分を所定の間隔及び角度で溝が形成されるように狭持させた状態で、前記導体の端部を加圧超音波振動によって被接続部に接続させること
を特徴とする電線の接続方法。 - 複数の芯線からなる電線の導体を被接続部に接続させる電線の接続装置であって、
前記導体の端部付近の被覆部と前記被接続部との間の外周部分を所定の間隔並びに角度で溝が形成されるように狭持する狭持手段と、
この狭持手段によって狭持された前記導体の端部を被接触部に嵌挿させた状態で加圧超音波振動によって当該被接続部に接続させる加圧加振手段と
を備えたこと
を特徴とする電線の接続装置。 - 前記狭持手段は、前記導体の端部付近の前記外周部分を挟む一対のクランプ部材であり、
この一対のクランプ部材には前記導体を嵌挿させる嵌挿溝が形成され、この嵌挿溝の内面には当該導体の滑りを防止する滑り止め溝が所定の間隔並びに角度で形成されたこと
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線の接続装置。
